      I'd say it's in line with what the competitors charge for their offerings in the segment so not really an issue. At the end of the day you're paying for maintaining a bike that's probably the best currently in the category in terms of build quality and fit and finish

      TVS service isn't really that satisfying. You need to tell them every step of the process to get some work done. And also if you need anything replaced or changed then better buy it from somewhere else and get them to fix it to your bike.
      Just last week my clutch lever broke and they wanted to change the entire setup with a price of 530 telling me that TVS doesn't sell the lever separately but apparently they does and costs you only 100 bucks! 🤷‍♂️😅

      @Dadafan66 Před 4 lety +1

      If I may give you my opinion, I would tell you that if you can afford the RTR 200, there's nothing else like it or else the 160 4v is also very good for the price. In fact , it is excellent. So, it's just a question of budget and pillion comfort if you ask me. Proud owner of the RTR 200 bs6 here and advance welcome to the Apache club if you decide to buy one.

    • @Dadafan66
      @Dadafan66 Před 4 lety +1

      @@commonodiaman3434 Ok brother. So, if budget is not an issue, then the 200 is definitely better because you get a bigger engine, radial tyre, slipper clutch, dual channel abs and phone connectivity. It is more versatile than the 160. Mileage of the 160 will be slightly better for everyday riding since the power is lower, but if you do some spirited riding on the weekends and such, the bigger engine on the RTR 200 is better because as you may know to maintain the same speed, the piston head has to move faster up and down inside the engine's cylinder and the bigger the cylinder or in other words the higher the displacement, the more at ease the engine will be in maintaining higher speeds. Therefore, it is said "there is no replacement for displacement". So, if you only plan to ride in the city all the time like a commuter, the 160 will do. But, if you occasionally hit the highway and maybe even hit the twisties, the 200 will be better. But, I suggest you take a test ride of the two before deciding since decisions like these depend on factors like your experience level and physical fitness/body proportions. Both are comfortable but I would definitely recommend the 200 if you can get it. Best motorcycle you can buy in the market right now for Rs. 1.5 lakh. Hope that helps.

    I am looking for a bike to do daily office city commute, high tours and bit of off-road.. also my office commute involves bumpy roads and more traffic..
    Is this good for all above conditions or should I go for xpulse 200..
    Really confused because xpulse has good suspension for bumpy roads and apache has gtt for traffic conditions and is good for touring..

    Nice video as usual. How do you rate the longevity of a tvs bike like this? I meant how does the engine and rest of the bike be after 5 years of normal usage. Some owner reviews mention creaking noises and such

    Bro should I go for this one or fz25? I'm really confused. I don't use bike much so it'll be sitting more and I like to push sometimes and I'm 6 ft tall and weigh 75kg. I feel apache would not be noticed as much as fz25.

    Hi, great video. I have a few questions to you and others. I currently own same BS3 model and bought when it came out in 2016, its a curburator, non abs variant. I have done only 16.5K in 4 years with regular good maintenance
    1. The wheels lock up all the time like under even a slight hard breaking. Breaking is very average- How is the breaking performance and does the wheels lock up under harsh braking
    2. The gearbox has become haywire now. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, N gear shifts the display misread all the time- Is there any such problem here.
    3. The fuel indicator always show one bar less even if it is fully filled- Is there any such case here
    4. While riding i dont feel the bike is stable. I have to be very careful to keep it steady- How is the stability and control in this bike
    5. The stock ramora tires offers very less grip- how is the grip from these tires on the stock bike
    I am considering to exchange and buy this BS6 model. Should I go for it or look to a different 200/250CC bike?
