I got into accident with rtr . I thought i give up bike and take a small car for office but after. Watching it again my heart wants to ride it again ❤️
Hey Rishaad, great comprehensive review as always. I have been riding Hornet since 2016 and just wished someday you would review it. Thanks for making my day 😘❤️
Rishaad did a review couple of years back which compelled me to buy the TVS NTORQ 125. Now this review, and am I now making plans to buy the RTR 200 4V. Thank you Rishaad 💐☺️👍
I own a Bajaj RS200, and when I'm on the road I hardly care about Bluetooth or drive modes. When I ride it, I feel one with the bike and it makes me feel like a superbike racer. It's got a proper sports bike frame, looks like a very expensive superbike and has proper racing bike design that makes jaws drop. I wanted a bike that doesn't have commuter bike genes at all, and the RS200 has exceeded my expectations. I'm also over 6-feet tall with heavy size, and it's jus amazing.
I need some recommendations for my new bike.. I want a bike with following features so please suggest the best. 180-250 CC Oil/Liquid cooled engine,Best in class mileage and suspension, dual ABS,Tubeless tyres,Price around 1.5 lakhs
TVS Apache making a Difference since it's 160Hyperedge till 310rr. Owning a 160Hyperedge FR from the year 2018, never turned me down. A lot of motorbikes came but the Throttle response 😮 of RTR is Outstanding. #proud owner of TVS Apache RTR 160 HyperEdge.
iam the owner of ns200 and rtr200 4v both bikes are purchased at 2018 after 2 years of useage of both the bikes coverd 30 k kilometres iam faced many problems in ns200 headlights switches mnay parts chnged more than 2-3 times with the interval of 2 years but on come with rtr only changed chain sporket of 20 k kilometres and doesn't change any one of the other parts even though very value for money one and only rtr200 in come with ns200 its has more speed and 1 gears than rtr but its very vibrated, non durable parts so today iam sold ns 200
Exactly, hornet 2.0 doesn't deserve to be in this comparison, just giving upside down forks and increasing 20cc and raising the price to a proper 200cc bike, ullu samjha hai kya Honda ne hume. TVS has done so much for that same price, this is a no brainer, but that rider triangle in RTRs, I don't like it.
If you want only performance go for ns. If you want only milaege go for hornet. But if you want best of both the aspects along with a ton of features go for the apache.
Hornet seems suitable for me...i don't ride very aggressively and need a fuel efficient commuter that is relatively quick and will be reliable. I also really like the apache but it has too much technology on it that will break after a couple of years and the fuel efficiency is also 10kmpl lower.
@@somersault5593 I know that the Apache has durable mechanicals. What turns me off are all the unnecessary electronic gimicks on it like the riding modes and Bluetooth and all that. Those things will stop working for sure within 3-4 years and I'm not sure how it is to repair or replace. Most modern bikes have these features nowadays but I prefer basic instruments. The hornet seems better because it has 95% of the acceleration and refiment of the Apache but 25% more fuel efficiency. Also the lower weight would be a boon for city traffic which is 60-70% of my usage. It's also a simple engine design..not liquid cooled like the pulsar. It's not the bike for everyone but it ticks all the boxes for me.
@@pranavp386 good decision man, don't go for TVS. My uncle works in TVS and he himself bought the Honda 160R lol. Engine refinement and reliability is top notch in Japanese brands like Yamaha/Honda/Suzuki considering we will rarely be traveling above 70kmph, which is where the Apache outshines others
As quick as the NS, but about 10k more than these, and it's quite small and cramped. Also more performance focused than these. Fun bike if you don't mind the price.
Hornet looks much better with its usd forks. And I can clearly see hornet has better in gear acceleration 1:23, meaning its more suitable for city rides. But the suspension is something you can call pretty stiff. I would really like softer suspension. But again it has the lowest seat height. And Honda engines may not be most powerful but they are more heavyduty. Only thing stopping me from buying Hornet is the stiff suspension. Because I'm used to honda unicorn, it has the most comfortable mono suspension I have ever experienced.
Dual channel ABS of Apache is extremely powerful and gives you confidence on Highway 🙂

How nice. That original Ntorq was great fun. As for the RTR, my only advice is to make sure you fit comfortably on it!
I bought rtr way back in 2007. But now, is this model comfortable for 5 feet 4 inch short riders?
Regardless of content, I just like it because of the way rishaad delivers it. Precise n short without much fuss, always joy to watch autocar...
Just blown away by the features list of rtr. IMO i would pick the RTR.
Rtr 's front need to be redesigned...atleast remove the partition between bright and low....
