PAELLA WITH PASTA? Try this delicious homemade FIDEUÁ with chicken! (tips & tricks from a Spaniard!)

Did you know that there is a version of Paella that is made with pasta? Fideuá is just as delicious to eat and just as easy to make at home! If you'd like to learn how to make Fideua from a Spaniard, then, keep on watching! :)
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 1 cup of pasta
- 2 cups of chicken broth (or plain water)
- 1 onion
- 4/5 garlic cloves
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- (optional) 1 roast red pepper
- 7/8 chicken wings (you may use seafood or just veggies, etc)
- (optional) some boiled peas for decoration
- olive oil
- saffron & paprika
- ground black pepper & salt
- (optional) lemon (to squeeze on top)
- (optional) alioli (or garlic mayo)
