BEST SALAD EVER? - ENSALADILLA RUSA recipe (Spanish style Russian salad)

You must have tried the classic Russian salad before, but have you tried the SPANISH STYLE Russian salad? If not, you are missing a lot!
Ensaladilla Rusa is a very common tapa in Spain. Contrary to the classic recipe, Spaniards add a few more ingredients and it makes ALL the difference. It is so much more flavourful and still, really easy to make. Plus, in this video you will learn the recipe from a Spaniard! If interested, keep on watching! :)
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 2 big potatoes
- 1 big carrot
- 1 bowl of peas
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 bowl of sliced olives (or you can add pickles like we did)
- 1 tin of tuna
- 1 bowl of mayonnaise
- a little vinegar
- salt & black pepper

I'm allergic to tuna so what can I substitute it with

You can just omit tuna. Or, you might try adding crab sticks or cooked ham instead, but it is not very common.
