Experience a virtual LA Metro Train Ride on Metro C Line from Redondo Beach to Norwalk, California along the 105 Freeway. This trip is the full Green Line from Redondo Beach to Norwalk.
We will pass SpaceX and Tesla in Hawthorne, California on the right.
The Metro C Line was formerly known as Metro's Green Line. A one-way trip is $1.75.
This virtual train ride was filmed on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in Los Angeles, California.
Per Wikipedia: The C Line (formerly the Green Line) is a 20-mile (32 km) light rail line running between Redondo Beach and Norwalk within Los Angeles County. It is one of six lines forming the Los Angeles Metro Rail system, and opened on August 12, 1995. It also serves El Segundo, Hawthorne, South Los Angeles, Lynwood, Downey, Paramount and Willowbrook (in South Los Angeles). A free shuttle bus to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is available at the line's Aviation/LAX Station. The line is the only one in the entire Metro Rail system not to serve Downtown Los Angeles but passengers can reach it by connecting with the J Line busway at the Harbor Freeway Station, the A Line light rail at Willowbrook Station, or Metro Express 460 at Norwalk Station. The fully grade-separated route runs mostly in the median of the Century Freeway (Interstate 105), with a separate mostly elevated section to the west.
The Los Angeles Metro Rail is an urban rail transportation system serving Los Angeles County, California. It consists of six lines, including two subway (heavy rail rapid transit) lines (the B and D lines) and four light rail lines (the A, C, L and E lines) serving 93 stations. It connects with the Metro Busway bus rapid transit system (the G and J lines) and also with the Metrolink commuter rail system.

We can’t answer about homeless. We don’t know. It is only a few dollars per ride and yes it runs on the weekends.

$1.75 is the fare. Yes, trains run during the weekend! Wait time maximum is 15 minutes. Sometimes there are homeless. I don’t think there are restrooms in any station. Either that or only some stations have restrooms.
