Migrants surge through Sahel in bid to reach Europe

A new surge of migrants have crossed the Sahel desert to North Africa to try and reach Europe. It's after Niger revoked a law against migrant smuggling. The move has received widespread support, and some Nigeriens say it's inspiring a shift in ideology. Rahul Radhakrishnan reports from Niamey.
