His deep ball and his release will get him drafted 2 ovr. Plus he's quick, but doesn't leave the pocket until he knows all his reads are covered. Plus he is only going to get better with Knapp, Calabrese and Lafluer working with him everyday.

This man really had a lot of jaw dropping throws in this game . I hope New York does something stupid and let’s him fall to the niners
He is pretty good but I can see where he will have issues at the pro level. I like the ball placement on the short throws. The analysts are claiming those deep balls were accurate. What I saw was a 50/50 ball against an NFL CB plus those CBs also gave up on a few of those plays.
Watch a few more of his games. Throwing up a 50/50 ball is what you do when you have confidence in your receiver, or a mismatch in coverage. QBs throw high on purpose most of the time just to make sure that only their receiver can get the ball. It's the same as throwing inside or outside shoulder depending on where the defender is. Those deep balls were really accurate, especially for a college Jr. I'll admit the DBs weren't that good but in other games against beter DBs he does just as well.
He gets the ball out really quick, goes through his progressions and seems to be able to read a defense pretty well. He's going to be the 2nd best, if not THE best QB coming out of this class. He's still got lots to learn and growing to do. He reminds me a lot of Matt Stafford in his style.

@@shuipsezairi6527 Um . . . ok. The team had essentially one day to prep for a game that was thrown in at last minute. Also, great quarterbacks occasionally have an off game. Also, if receivers don't drop balls we're not having this discussion.

You’re supposed to be impressed with absurd accuracy and the ability to drop Dimes in the only spot he can throw it, yes. Accuracy translates and Zach Wilson is stupid accurate downfield.

If NFL success was determined on who you played in college. Guys like Johnny Manziel and Haskins would be dominating the NFL. Mahomes won 5 games his senior year. It's not about who you played or wins or loses. Its about having the skill set to play at the next level and Zach checks every box.
