Insta360 Ace Pro | Pure video Gimbal vs handhel test

Testing out the Ace Pro's pure video on a gimbal in challenging conditions, and comparing the same settings while handheld.
Let me know your thoughts on the image quality, and if in your opinion a gimbal still makes sense to use with a camera such as the Ace Pro.
I have made a similar test with the Action 4, and it definetely benefits from using the gimbal, since it doesnt have the dedicated low light mode.

Which gimbal do you recommend for a camera ace Pro ?

Hi, I'm sure that any gimbal that can fit the Ace Pro will give good results, I used a Manfrotto MVG220, but its too big for this camera. I have seen gimbals specifially made for action cameras for 100€, that should work great, because most of the magic is already being done in camera by the pure video mode.

absolutely smoother with gimbal,, is it inkee falcon gimbal?

Hey, no its a Manfrotto MVG220. But for all intents and purposes, the results with a smaller gimbal should be comparable.
