The cookies turned out flat and thin because 1) they weren’t set in the fridge and 2) they were over mixed. Usually you’d use a spatula to incorporate the dry ingredients/toppings! The less you mix, the more cakey they become :)
and they were too big to be evenly cooked

The reason why you freeze them before baking is because you added butter. When a butter based cookie goes to the oven room temp it melts the butter too fast causing it to make a giant ass flat cookie - exposing the marshmallow and choc chips. If it was on the fridge before cooking they'd be taller and have a better cookie-like consistency. But they look good tho, I'd bang

3. fridge that dough baby cookies need to marinate too and it will keep them from turning into personal pizzas

The beginning of this video felt like Cody wanted Kelsey to introduce him, but she never did so he just sneaked up on us.
The refrigeration is actually important! The dough gets cold, so when it goes into the oven, it doesn’t spread out as much. I’ve never made that type of cookie, but that’s the best explanation I have. Hope this helps!

It’s because Pillsbury owns the rights to the term “Bake-Off” and they had to change the name for the US. We’re not just calling a different name for the heck of it, it just has a different name here
