Please, make a tutorial showing step by step, indicating wich lens you used and how you edited this. Your videos are amazing.
Looks like he has a good editing skill. He takes about 8 pictures per scene (3-4 from the camera, 4-5 from the microscope, 40x lens, 100x lens, 250x lens, 400x lens, 1000x lens) the trick is zooming into the pictures by using softwares, the next picture he would put it in the center and use "blended option" with the previous picture so they look consistent.

I'd like to know the same thing, but I can imagine that after a certain magnification, there would not be enough viable light to penetrate through deep magnification and would just end up looking black

I strongly suggest you take the videos down to 30fps, doubling the length of the zoom-in/video.
It feels much better to have a slower zoom in, let us take in all the details, and enjoy the zooming journey!
