If you think you could do better, then prove it. Be a referee. At any level of any sport, anyplace, become a referee and prove you could do better.
Yes there are glaring mistakes. We all will see them on replays over and over and over.
What we don’t see is what the refs do right on each and every play ….. that’s thousands++ of good calls that won’t get attention.
Every ref misses calls here and there, but the missed calls that drive me insane are the ones that i can CLEARLY see from my living room chair and how can a ref be on top of a play not make the right call, go to instant replay and STILL! not get it right...that's when refs drive me nuts..
I'm late but that's when the ref is bias aka cheating their ass off.
Because you have slo-mo replays, several camera angles and you still are not sure until you see replays.

Referees are definitely necessary, but I think we can ALL agree that they absolutely ruin NFL games with their bogus calls, favoring other teams, and being legally blind.

I think you misunderstood his point. He wasn't saying refs and teachers make the same amount, he was saying they get paid the same way. You start off making a certain amount, then you get more money the longer you do it.

All it requires to be a ref is the willingness to call invisible calls and close thier eyes when the needs meet Goodells needs. Nfl refs are a running gag. Gotta keep up kayfabe lol

@@samadrid6321 ive coached in many levels of sports. From peewee league to college football. Ive seen the corruption and bribes refs take. If you look at the patriots team and the various controversial games theyve played throughout the years you will see the refs celebrating after touchdowns and even seen after games at the bar drinking and having a good ol time. You really think thats fair? I dont. We are supposed to be neutral and fair.

So if I want to be an NFL official, I need to start in the Pee Wee league ? Makes sense I guess, because the Pee Wee league would probably take a beginner. Then once I got experience, I could move up to High School football and so on.
Start as high as you can get an entry position - which is normally PeeWee, other than that, study the book.

What does it take to be an NFL Official?? That's easy. All it takes is a willingness to help make the final score turn out the way the powers that be want it to turn out ! ! The problem we have with officiating today is that the current staff of officials don't do a good enough job of covering it up. It is far too obvious to the fans that they are cheating certain teams. I'm expecting soon that I'll be watching the Bears vs the Panthers and see them throw a flag against the Saints. Don't laugh. The officiating is so crooked even Democrats can see it.

I think it's very difficult to be a referee. It is better to stay at home having your own crypto-currency portfolio (IMHO). Recently I added a Universa crypto currency. What can you say about this? Great project

@@RoyalMela I played 16 years, I refereed 4 years, I have a son that is a certified Ref, I know what is called, Should be called , Is a missed call, and is a call that is deliberately not made, and one that is made and should have never been made, Super Bowl last year had 3 calls made in the last 60 seconds that even the commentators thought shoulkd not have been made , The game was fixed to pay for a 4 Billion Dollar stadium !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
