OMG I love this story. Thank you for documenting this refugee’s journey. His gratitude and desire to give back to this nation is exactly how I feel about this country. “To support America’s game”… brought me to tears. I am so thankful for a story documenting a fellow Vietnamese refugee who loves this country as much as I do. Thank you NFL.

@@dr.chonki4922 this can be taken politically, or you can just take it for what it is. I don’t follow politics at all. I hate them. But I’m very grateful to be from, and living in America. There are millions, if not billions of people who wish they could live here. There’s a lot going on here as far as politics, and crime, but if you ignore the politics and just stay vigilant, it’s fantastic here honestly. He’s just very grateful to be here. It has nothing to do with politics.

The NFL is pushing for more diversity, I know college refs with over 20 years of FBS experience that were turned down, it’s all about inclusion bs
The NFL has lit a fire that they need to get under control very quickly. Instead of hiring the best men at the referee position, they’re more worried about checking boxes. If you look at the demographics of HS refs across the country, 95% are white males and 4.5% are black. In the NFL, 30% of the refs are black. Not saying a black man can’t be a great ref, but There is no way that 4.5% turns into 30% of the best refs. And as for the 3 female refs, the average HS ref chapter doesn’t have 3 females, so there’s also no way those 3 women are better than every NCAA ref.

Stfu more than half the NFL is black. What’s the percentage of Asian players? It’s all about representation of all minorities that have been oppressed.. I ain’t even Asian, Mexican, but still recognize the importance of celebrating other minorities because when other minorities advance all minorities advance.
It was a mistake creating a black history month anyway. Every month can be black history month, and it doesn't have to be confined to one month of the year. Should be integrated throughout.

No one should have a month because history isn't just for certain times. History is for everyone at all times. It shouldn't be regulated to a single month.
