That is really tragic. When you’re the head coach the buck stops at you but the way losing that much can warp someone and their psyche is something that I think is so easily forgotten when a sports team fails for so long. It messes with peoples heads when the only thing you do is lose.
Losing a parent is a monumentally challenging moment for any person and to compound that with the pressure of being a head coach in the NFL *AND* losing that much is just incomprehensible. It’s a defining moment for most folks when they lose their parents at any stage of life.

He basically just grabbed each of their chest plates, mashed them together, and started pushing them back. My friends and I had a joke at the time that went like "Holding, 75, offense. Successfully blocked two defenders at once, he plays for Cleveland, he's not supposed to be that good. Ten yard penalty from the spot of the foul, replay 3rd down." 😂😂

@@bigbearkat2010I don't believe in destiny or anything like that but it's kind of interesting to me what has happened in the recent history of North American professional sports regarding these kinds of team name changes.
Eskimos change to Elks: team gets worse
Indians change to Guardians: mediocre team before and after
Redskins eventually change to Commanders: nearly won a playoff game as a nameless team, but have been a profoundly broken franchise at least since Snyder took over
Blackhawks: no name change, one of the most successful NHL franchises in the 21st century
Chiefs: no name change (yet, though the SJWNPCs are trying to force it despite the name not being directly connected to Native Americans), one of the most successful NFL teams in the last decade
Braves: no name change (probably the most surprising because of the way Atlanta is), recently won World Series and are at the time of writing the best team in MLB
My best explanation is that these teams, if they're doing poorly, need to find something to stay relevant and so they try to appease their constituents with meaningless pandering. If they're doing well, they don't bother changing their name because they're already relevant and most likely will continue to be. Never mind that by and large, not only were these teams not named with a derogatory intent (if intent does, in fact, matter), but by and large, modern indigenous peoples don't seem to care whether the name is changed or retained-and in the cases of the Blackhawks and the Florida State Seminoles, the tribes in question have given their permission to use the names.

I'll go a step further and say that he took the job in part BECAUSE he got to be part of a rebuild, as "the football guy" in the FO - which Sashi Brown was NOT, not even a little. That's why we had to "trust Hue" about Deshone Kizer, after all. But he threw the rebuild so far off the rails so hard they went out and got Dorsey to right the ship - hell, they had to trade Carlos Hyde JUST to force Hue to put Nick Chubb on the field, when Chubb was clearly the better back.

As a KC fan there’s a lot of connection between these two franchises recently. For instance John Dorsey played a roll in building both franchises from rock bottom. Browns passed on Mahomes and instead used chiefs camp cast off Kevin Hogan. Chiefs picked up Schwartz and ogbah and won a SB. In some alternate universe the browns hire Andy Reid in 2013 instead of Chudznsky, select mahomes and are coming off their second superbowl win. Wild! Much respect and best of luck this season

Browns DID NOT pass on Mahommes (yes, the benefit of hindsight, Mahommes should have been picked 1, but few Browns fans aren't happy with Myles Garrett). I do believe they thought they could get him at a lower pick, but remember, the Browns traded down AFTER he was picked by KC (Mahommes was picked at 10, but the Browns had the 12th where they actually did pass on Watson then traded down againn). I think Hue wanted him over Watson or at least convinced that they could get another pick and still get a qb. Depodesta (the real Browns GM) is so into draft picks he'll get them, no problem, but won't use them.
Regarding Reid, well, the Browns GM...err...Depodesta...err...the organization, doesn't like to bring in older vets. They want young guys they can mold and Reid doesn't fit that bill. Coaches that want to come in do things their way don't fit this team. Now, in all fairness, that's why Holmgren didn't work out.

Plus, Browns/Chiefs had a nice little rivalry just a couple years ago. I’m not saying the Browns are anywhere CLOSE to the level of KC, but there were some good games between the 2.

Mahomes would’ve been a bust in Cleveland. QBs need good coaches to succeed otherwise they don’t succeed at all.

I’m not a browns fan, I’m a raiders fan. And tbh, I find KTO football videos a lot better than most of the raider CZcamsrs. The thing I like about your videos though is that you show a lot of things I don’t usually see in other football CZcamsrs videos. Keep them coming man, I always tell my wife when you have a new video out too 💯💯 stay blessed man.

KTO you should do a video on the Edmonton Elks if the Canadian Football league and their home losing streak. They have lost 21 straight games at home and counting they haven’t won a home game since 2019. This is the longest home losing steak in all of pro sports and could potentially go up, I live in Edmonton I’m not a fan of the team but I’ve been to a lot of the home games as of recent and plan to continue until they win 😂
Edit: they ended the streak last night as the beat the Ottawa Redblacks 30-20 ending the home losing streak at 1415 days still would make a cool video though
