- OPEN ME: Hey guys!! Here is my shower routine :) I really hope you enjoy it! I'm sorry the lighting isn't the best in the video, my bathroom is very small and dark with no windows, so I had to make due with what I had! . brush your hair with wooden brush
. Wash your hair TWICE a week only
. Don’t apply conditioner on your roots
. Massage your scalp when your going to sleep
. Eat fish / nuts / milk / broccoli /
. Drink water

@@delaneymarie9698 the more often you wash your hair, the quicker it gets oily. trust me, i used to wash my hair every other day and it makes a difference waiting for 3-4 days or even a week if youre consisten with taking care of it.

Regular hair trims are necessary....There's no point in growing your hair when you have scraggly ends.. Trims are essential.

I'm broke 😂 So I use coconut oil to oil my hair, use a cheaper wooden brush, and I use an all natural tea tree shampoo that's way cheaper. But we can still dream.
A good natural brand that's a bit cheaper is Chagrin Valley. They are all organic and natural too and they are really good, but a lot cheaper.

I use Love Beauty and Planet shampoo and conditioner. You can honestly make all the hair and skin oils on your own. ACV is also good to use on your hair.
This is what I do, and it’s a lot cheaper:
- whichever oil I feel like + essential oils (leave in for anywhere from an hour to overnight)
OR
- rice water (leave in for 30-60 minutes)
- shampoo and conditioner bars (far cheaper)
- ACV rinse + essential oils (ACV isn’t very expensive)
- DIY leave in conditioner (water with a squirt of an old liquid conditioner, a tiny bit of oil and essential oils)
- a bit of coconut oil on the lengths when my hair is semi-dry
- a bit of coconut oil to de-frizz everyday

you can literally go online and research Ayurvedic hair oils and go on vita cost and find natural shampoos and conditioners with the same ingredients as her products for cheap. my shampoo is like 15 buck for 32 oz and the ingredients are better imo. my hair oil is partially homemade and is super affordable to make, and super affordable to bu already made, too.
Y'all need to get off of Instagram. Nobody gains hair this long and beautiful by doing nothing. Beautiful and healthy hair, skin, and nails come with daily self care that is external as well as internal. But if you want to be salty because you treat yourself like crap all the while glorifying chicks who wear other people's hair because they won't put in the work and don't like what you see in the mirror then that's you.

You could consider protein treatments once in a while c: My hair is also very thin and brittle, and protein can keep it strong and healthy and prevent breakage.

Sabin Acle Anything works, it's up to you if you'd like to use a commercial product with or without silicone. Make sure it contains hydrolized ingredients, and try to find one as high as possible in the ingredient list. The lower, the less it contains and won't do anything. I like to search for products with at least 3 times in them and it should be in the first 5-7 ingredients mentioned. You can also consider using natural products. Gelatin is a really good method or dark beer if you're vegan. Eggs and yoghurt contain protein that are too big to enter the hair, so they won't work. Gelatin and dark beer do. (Dark because it contains more protein than normal beer). Good luck!

I noticed my hair stopped growing at a certain point until I hopped off of gluten and dairy. Wow! Once I did, my hair grows a foot a year, the normal is six inches a year. It is now down to the middle of my bum. My hair has thickened as well and shines way more. It looked lifeless before! I love my hair now, you should try this. Just eliminate gluten and dairy and you will definitely see results. Hair growth is so based around our diets and eating healthy. Sarah of holistichabits eats healthy too and her hair is beautiful too. Definitely give it a try!

I highly recommend to you two hair masks with rice water, ginger or even matcha tea! Try all kind of oils, specially castor oil, it's the best! And staying away from chemical products is good too! Be carful with what kind of shampoo you wash your hair. Vitamin supplements can be good for your hair too, but be very careful! Bc some of them can be scams or even bad for you, always do your research. It takes time but trust me, it's worth it! Hope this helps!! :)
I sympathize. I noticed my scalp showing several years ago when I was 12 years old and just recently got diagnosed. I'm just hoping the birth control will help, but honestly... I don't think my hair will ever come back. :(

Yes. If you wanna grow it out healthy, then it will take 8-12 years to get to that length :)
You need to keep cutting those damaged tips, and everyone's hair grows at a different speed.
My hair was like hers a year ago ^^ But then I decided that it was too much of a bother. (trust me! it's a bother when you have a busy lifestyle and a job that doesn't agree with long hair)
But before I cut it in half I wanted to try a dip dye ^^ So now I have purple tips. However the process of bleaching it + repeatedly colouring it has damaged it A LOT, so I've decided to keep at it over summer, as my summer look, and then cut off the damaged half ^^
But it turns out I made the wrong choice, I could've been CZcams famous if I'd kept it healthy xD
Really if you want long hair, start saving it out :) It looks gorgeous!
And I know some people say they want a light haircut for summer, but I'm the opposite, I love wetting my hair on a such too hot day and let it air dry in the breeze, that way I don't overheat ^^ It actually cools me down for about an hour or two.
While during winter I want it shorter, because it get's stuck everywhere and it gets so damaged from the heating and being inside hats and jackets, etc.
Honestly if I lived in a warmer country my hair would be much healthier. It really suffers during the long and cold winters.
But really, 10 years passes fast when you're not actively thinking about it, suddenly you'll get compliments like "WOW your hair is so long and beautiful" and then you'll go "really? hmm, I guess it has gotten quite long..."
My excuse was I was too poor to cut it often and when I did I told them to only cut the hair that was damaged, so I only went once a year and the rest of the time I would cut it myself like the girl in the video, find those split ends and cut them off while you're bored or watching a movie :)

Did you know that if we're born with a thousand follicles and that's all the follicles we are stuck with, no amount of oiling and bs gonna change that. It's called DNA haha

These aren't expensive and they've nourished my dry scalp to some extent so I'm sticking with this formula. If nothing worked for you then let's let nature does what it does best 😉

I used to have hair that thick untill after I gave birth but i lost a lot of hair because I didn't care much for myself always putting my self last but now that my girl is 1 and 4 months old I've decided to care for myself again and this video is a good inspiration. So ready to get healthy inside and out
