Hi guys! So I'm commenting here in 2019 letting you know that clips from this video have been stolen many times to promote horrible hair growth pills and other scam products. I am not affiliated and do not promote any of the companies using my image! If you see ads on facebook or IG using clips from my videos please comment and let people know it's a scam and I do not endorse it! Even if they state I use it and give a false review. I don't!! This has been going on for a few years already and the last thing I want is people getting scammed into buying these products. P.s. I have tried reporting, getting the ads taken down and nothing works because they are not legit companies and come back the next day with a new company name. Thank you all for watching this video and supporting me!! xoxoxo
I have a question, i have somewhat thin hair and it becomes extreamly greasy the day after I shower with shampoo. What should I do?

I think you might have to watermark your vids :( kept seeing IG ads for hair supplements using your contents.
I’ve reported SO many of those... I always comment your name and channel and state you would NEVER support such products... I get blocked after doing so :(

Update of 2 years since I took her tips. Yeap this girl knows what she’s talking about. I took all her tips my hair is down my waist now. Remember that a good diet is the most important of them all
What really?! How was your hair prior to her advice? And what were the things you took on in your personal routine? I've heard that shampoo and conditioner leaves a waxy residue from all the other online reviews I read 😭 they were not positive. Her hair is goals tho!
Abby V wow
Willow use a sulfate and silicone free shampoo and conditioner, make sure that it has some natural ingredients in it. It also depends on your hair type
@@blahblahFRANKIE I personally use the calia shampoo and conditioner, (even the same line as her in the video), and it is not at all waxy, oily, or even sticky! It's very very gentle, which gives it a soft feel! It smells amazing like rosemary, I live by this stuff! I've been using it for about 6 months.
@@codysimpson143megan interesting! Thanks so much for review :) glad you've found a product that works for you.
all the tips:
- use a wooden brush, european ones are best to buy online.
- oils: argan, coconut, jojoba, neem or avocado oils. or essential oils like rosemary.
leave it overnight or spread it through your ends everyday.
- scalp massage with oils.
- use organic shampoo and conditioner, with low ingredients so without the chemicals.
- wash your hair every 4-6 days.
- leave- in hair rinses: apple cider vinegar with water, rosemary water rinse.
- limit your heat use.
- use damage-proof hairstyles overnight and through the day, like a twisted bun or sidebraid.
- eat healthy whole foods, natural whole foods protein and healthy fats.
- for an extra use high quality supplements like MSM powder.
- trim your own split ends.
my own tip:
- sleep on a real silk satin pillow case! it leaves my hair super soft and shiny overnight!
all the tips really work! just memorize them everyday (:
but how do I keep my hair from looking oily when washing it every 4 to 6 days??
3546sunny543545 use baby powder on the roots and massage it to your tips p.s if you have really oily hair I wash your hair every 4 days not 6
Lisa Scott thanks a lot!! and by the way, the brush she recommends also helps with that??
luna rosa- yeah u just summed up all the info!!!! It's quicker than a video 😂😂😂👍👌
3546sunny543545 once you start going longer without washing it, your hair will adjust. You'll notice it will get less oily over time. Mix corn starch and baking soda for a dry shampoo or you can buy one. I used to have to wash my hair every day but now my hair has evened out to every 4 days (I still shower everyday of course, but without washing it) 😊

I can see how her hair has naturally straightened over the years because of the weight of it
Yeah. I have noticed that when I grew my hair out over a year.
So why isn't it working for me? My hair defies gravity
@@EverythingEverywhereAllOver - I don't know why I found this so funny, but thanks for making my day!
lmao wicked-defying gravity
Now I'm scared to grow my hair long. Will my curls straighten out?
"You are what you eat". It's true, my blood is probably 80% pizza sauce...
lmao and the remaining 20% is ice cream
+Nicole Di Angelo It's true xD
+AcroGirlz101 That is the best thing I've ever heard
+Julia L I try *Flips Hair*... xD
AcroGirlz101 *Flips hair back*
My hair has gotten longer (at least five inches), stronger, healthier, and amazing- I've been using these tips for almost a year. My hair used to be terrible, but I have made my hair amazing. These tips WORK.
+Julia L They do work! I used these tips (which I knew and also googled on my own) to regrow my hair, which I lost to postpartum shedding/telogen effluvium after birth of my son end of 2012. I've gotten all my thickness back (had lost about 40%) and a lot more length than I ever had. My hair has never been this long and pretty, even after a huge shed like that, which is proof that certain methods do definitely work!
***** It will probably continue to grow curly, but as it grows longer, the weight of the hair will cause the curls to be longer and not pop out so much. I had the same issue when my hair was shorter. When it grew out, I no longer had the issue with the curly halo around my hairline, lol.
***** You're welcome! I'm sure it will as long as you don't let the hairline get damaged...
***** No, they don't pop up because my hair is kind of wavy-straight now because I put a relaxer in it. But when it was naturally curly, I would put gel on the edges and put a scarf over it, and let it dry, then when I would take the scarf off, the curls would be down flat. But in high humidity (I live in the southeast USA), they would pop back up sometimes...so that is why I chemically straightened my hair...because it was too thick and too much to manage. I broke combs off in it.
***** Aww! You're welcome! I'm so happy for you! My grandma has wiry silver/gray wavy hair and she uses it too, as her edges curl up. I've used the scarf method for years and it does work wonders! Especially when adding a little edge control gel, pomade, or a tad of hair spray for extra control...once it dries the hair typically stays flat.
I love to wear my hair up pretty much all the time, and so I like to use the scarf method daily! Glad it worked for you! There is lots of info on the scarf method on hair care blogs and forums (just Google it)...that's how I learned about it, and also I found it by trial and error because my hair was too frizzy and puffy. Such a simple remedy!
She really invests a lot of money and time on her hair and skin
The essential oils and even the shampoos cost so much for middle class people
Its funny how healthy stuff is more expensive
You can use castor oil or coconut oil
My shampoo is baby detangle shampoo in the baby section. I have colored my hair for 50 years. No beauty shop. Dollar tree color $1.00. I have long thick hair and no one but me takes care of it. Trim ends after shampoo it. Cool rinse.
It’s common sense. Quality things cost more. Cheap shampoos and conditioners have cheap horrible ingredients. Just like with the food you put in your body. Top ramen is cheap but it’s horrible for you.
The things she uses aren’t essential tho If you buy basic healthy stuff, it’s quite cheap. For example, you don’t need special herb teas and whatnot, just get regular green tea lmao (it’s still healthy)
No its not necessary you use expensive products to gain good hair. I use long and healthy aloe Vera oil and it is cheap and very very effective. :)

Step one: Be born with thick hair.
Fragile As Glass I was born with very thick hair and it grows super slowly. Not all thick hair gets long easily.
Fragile As Glass check
I was born with really really thick hair. Now I have mild hair loss and my hair is way thinner. Really upset over it. Hence my search for such types of videos.
I have this hair my hair doesn't grow at all 😂
My hair is VERY thick. Although it isn’t as healthy.
Wow after watching this video I have so much more insight to women who have straight hair and their healthy haircare regimen. Your hair care routine is not much different from someone with a curly or kinky texture who is dedicated to having healthy long hair. I now realize that every hair type desires the same love and detailed care no matter the texture. I would say that your regimen is very similar to mine. A few differences would be -- I have to sleep with a satin scarf and pillowcase so that my hair does not dry out from a cotton fabric. Since my hair is more kinky my natural oils do not reach the tips of my hair easily as it would with someone with straight hair, so I have ensure that my hair is properly hydrated and moisturized. I also deep condition quite a bit more. I wear protective styles almost 90% of the time. I do my best to stay away from heat and I wash my hair once a week or once every other week. I nourish my hair with natural oils as well. I also do scalp massages to stimulate growth. Thank you for sharing your tips.
Felicia Mesadieu Do you brush your hair? So many people say to not brush curly hair, but I really don't think that's true. I have mildly curly hair and brush it when dry and add oil to my hair, but what about those who have super thick curly hair?
AbnormallyYours I have insanely thick and curly hair and I never brush my hair. Curly hair is prone to breakage and it will dry out if you use a brush. Just use your fingers for detangling. It does the job and won't break your hair.
Felicia Mesadieu I love your reply! My hair is hip length and the lengths I go to keep it healthy are ridiculous! Deep conditioning, oils, meticulously trimming split ends, non tension hairstyles, certain brushes, no heat, vitamins etc.... it's a lot of work and exhausting but I like long hair so it's not even a choice whether to take extreme care of it or not.
I don't brush my hair very often. But I do brush my hair a few times a year. I find that I am able to retain my length this way.
I totally agree!
Watching this before I chop my hair to a bob. I’m fine. This is fine.
Did you do it....?

I KNOW RIGHT IT'S RIDICULOUS!
+IcedCupcakes it's probably from the Rosemary oil but I have been trying peppermint oil and that really does thicken the hair
+branynx whiteson No it´s genetic
A lot of it has to do with genetics.
Yup sorry to break it to you girls out there, it's mostly genetics. How you take care of your hair can only do so much.
For me, water plays an important role. Both internally as well as externally. I had a phase in my life, where hard water was heavily involved. And it damaged my hair very badly. Thankfully my hair is healing now slowly.
Sarah: Cutting down heat in hair is the hardest tip for people
Me: Never had heat in my hair and still thin hair😂
Smm
everyone wants thick hair until they actually have thick hair😂😂😂
mollie corona Nah I got thick hair and I love it!
i had some thick ass hair then i cut some bangs and an undercut and it seems so thin now, so im trying to grow my undercut out again so it becomes thicker again
TRUE!!!!
mollie corona i have thick hair and i love it i definatley do NOT want my thin hair back coz it felt like my hair would just break
Who wants thin hair though
Everyone always suggests dry brushing, but no one ever mentions dealing with curly/wavy hair. My hair would be a pouf ball if I brushed it dry :(
Hannah Janssen Same! If I let it dry, I'm going to break my hair trying to go through tangles! I need to brush while wet 😂
Hannah Janssen Use oil. I have curly hair that's always tangled. So I put argan oil OR (in small amounts) coconut oil. Then I start from the bottom to detangle and work my way up to the top. If you brush when wet, it has more of a chance to lead to breakage. If you put oil when dry, and brush at least once a day, you'll see major improvement to your hair.
For me uhhhhhh have you guys ever crossed the pain in brushing my hair dry IT HURTS SO FLIPPING BAD
PuppyLover KawaiiGirl do you start brushing the ends first?
PuppyLover KawaiiGirl, Cynthia is right about brushing from the bottom. It also depends on the texture of your hair. My hair is wavy/curly, so brushing from the bottom works for me.

Guys, try TJMAXX and Marshall's because they have vegan, cruelty-free, products and oils and all that good stuff and it is a VERY good price.
she gives inexpensive examples of simple oils to use as an alternative. You can get organic coconut oil at Trader Joes or even Walmart. Also many of these products last a long time! And she only shampoos her hair once a week. The idea is to use quality products on your hair, as Sarah says. I think she takes really good care of herself and it shows. 3 reasons to have healthy long thick hair.
1. Genes
2. No stress
3. Healthy Diet
Ever since I moved out from home and have some depressed phases my hair started to fall out a lot. I only have half the hair that I used to have. Which is still more than the average person has. But stressing yourself out and eating wrong are the major things you can actually work on to keep your hair nice and thick
This is so true my hair started to fall out so much from stress with school and work.
ry8..stress causes damage
Yes I'm going through the same thing now. Living in a new city, too much stress, pollution is ruining my hair 😭😭😭 I've never had this much hair fall

You are literally a breath of fresh air! I love watching your videos because they are so soothing
girl im listening to you lol. you have clearly done your research! and your hair is proof. natural is the way to go and im so happy i happened upon this video. you did all the research for me. thank you!
Regarding hair care its great but she naturally has thick hair, something you cant get if its not in your genes no matter how good you take care of it.i am caring for my hair well and letting it long for 6 years and its very thin because its how my hair type is.i tried all natural things you can do and regarding thickening it wont do anything
if you really think it is just genes think again! i used to have a very beautiful hair until i stopped taking care of it and it became the worst. now i'm regrowing my hair back with most of the things she said and i'm REALLY starting to see a difference even though i did follow these methods before watching her videos. however yes you will not get her naturally beautiful thick hair but you will make the hair you were born with 1000 better if you really take care of it inside out.
Hey dear can you suggest me some of the remedies to regrow hair
star shadow what i can tell you is that clean scalp makes it easier for the hair to absorb whatever treatment you put on. herbal treatments is by far the best and the healthiest way to literally and probably clean you hair and make it shiny.. get a bowl, add two or three spoons of camomile and rosemary let them soak for 30 minutes and mix it with either henna or Sidr or just alone leave them on ur hair for 4 hours rinse and the next day mix caster oil with coconut oil leave it for two to four hours and wash.
@@enoud But these natural beauty regimes take so long...they make an hr bath...3-4 hrs long.that's the only prob
The same has happened to me

I think I will be able to grow them back
By investing time and caring for it

I'm not joking when I say that my hair grew 7 inches in 6 months. The weird part is that I had been dying my hair during those months. I don't dye my hair anymore and I have successfully nutured it back to health. I started using Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow, and Restore shampoo and leave-in conditioner. It is also very thick. PS the 7 inches was from my shoulders to the first 1/4 of my breast.

I praise you for knowing how to braid your hair because my sister has long hair but it is so thin and damaged and she never lets me braid it. It is such a waste. Well done. You look beautiful.
I’ve been doing so good with my hair, I haven’t used heat in years other than 1-2 times. And it’s amazing, my hair is naturally fluffy and slightly wavy. And my main styles are, a pony or bun, and I always keep my hair in a braid for bed. It’s nice to see a CZcamsr doing something I’ve been doing for years.
Also I use a shampoo that I add to, I add a bit of oil and a keratin powder sometimes honey if I have it. And a method I call dry condition where I put my conditioner in before I shower and let it sit.

1.) TRY TO FIND AND BUY YOURSELF A wooden BRUSH!! It reduces the risk of making your hair all static-y and gives your scalp a good (and healthy) massage as well. Brush daily.
*MASSAGE SCALP WITH FINGERS OFTEN, TOO- IT STIMULATES HAIR GROWTH
2.) Oil it up as often as you can; either cover your hair, scalp to tips, in oil before bed then take it out in the morning- OR- put oil on the ends of your hair daily and then maybe scalp whenever convenient.THE MORE ORGANIC THE BETTER
*JOJOBA OIL is best for thin hair! GET if possible) (Rosemary also good for stimulating circulation to the scalp, makes hair softer
3.) - When shampooing, be sure the shampoo has little to no chemical ingredients (the more natural, the better). Massage scalp while shampooing. *READ labels on the back! RECOMMEND: Colia
* SHAMPOO and CONDITION every 4-6 days NOT EVERYDAY
4.) CUT DOWN ON HEAT USE IN HAIR!
- No hot water, No blow dryers, No hair straighteners OR curlers!!
5.) PROTECT YOUR HAIR!! Anyway to avoid it getting all tangled and matted- again, brushing, braiding, and buns... avoid anything that'll tug at your hair, or move it all over the place- like going to bed with your hair down and out. Tie it up, but with a loose hairstyle. (Braids, buns, ...)
6.) EATTTT. Have healthy foods as often as possible and eat MORE often in general. Food plays a huge roll. (Eat foods with lots of minerals, DRINK lots of water, and as much healthy food as you can MORE often!!)
7.) Trim the ends every once in awhile!
8.) MY OWN PERSONAL TIP: Biotin. It's a vitamin, it helps with HAIR and NAIL growth.!
Thanks!
Hanan Nasser Haha no problem.. ;P
+doggy4070 To add to your list, you can also find a no-sulfates "growth shampoo fortified with amino acids.
+doggy4070 oh my... why did i have to watch the whole video and then find this comment... T_T
+doggy4070 Biotin is fantastic! It really helps with hair growth and thickness, clearer skin and beautiful nails. It's become a big part of my diet and since taking it my hair has reached it's natural thickness once again and grown like crazy and my nails aren't ugly or fragile anymore. Definitely worth using!!

Oh my gosh I just realized when I saw your birthday that we have the same birthday! You are my favorite CZcamsr and I am so happy we share the same birthday! I have been watching your videos for years and I think you are so smart and I have been using some of the same products you recommend and I love them. Thank you so much for your advice! ❤️
P. S I love your top and your lip stick
Oils I use:
Organic sweet almond oil
Organic Argan oil
Organic Castor oil
Organic Amla oil
All mixed together with a few drops of black seed oil and my hair grows insanely quick.
Following
I use coconut and castor oil
How do you use these oils?
How much do you let it sit on ur hair?? And can you mix any type of oil with each other ? For example castor oil, sweet almond oil and garlic oil ?
@@Hannah.hanan05 Yes you can mix the oils. I apply it at night and leave it overnight. Wash in the morning with a sulphate and silicon free shampoo and condition the ends.
Step 1: have good genes .
+Vercippu You can do a lot to keep the ends from splitting but yeah.. The truth hurts :')
+Vercippu Sadly, its true. But I have very dry and thin hair by genes but when I started taking care of it with natural oils, herbs and wooden brushes it got so much stronger, grew longer and healthier.
Right? When I don't apply heat to my hair it looks like a lions mane in a hay stack.
+Jessica Campbell What happens for me is just split ends. I don't apply heat EVER and I care for my hair. it's long but I get it trimmed and about 2 weeks later, split ends show up again.
+Vercippu Haha so true, my sis has got 4 times thicker hair that grows 2 times faster than average persons even thought she doesn't really care for her hair :D

Does anyone have any tips for an oily and itchy scalp? I can't go more than two days without washing it, otherwise I''ll scratch my scalp to the bone. I'm vegan and I only use natural hair care products, but none of it seems to be working for my oily scalp. I also do ACV rinses, but they also don't make a huge difference.
Coconut oil helps me, massage it into your scalp a while before you wash it. It's anti fungal and nourishing and hydrating
Use a hair clay mask on your scalp! There is one by L’Oréal that is awesome
How does the oil smell? Sweet, sour? Do you sweat often, work out or just heat? You may have an imbalance, too much yeast or maybe inflammation. Are your elbows, knees, or knuckles rough or itchy? That could signal a food sensitivity or even allergy. Good luck!
SofaBar I'm the same way. My scalp is already a shiny mess by day 2 so dry shampoo is my friend by this time. My favorite is not your mothers dry shampoo, since I have super dark hair this doesn't leave that white shadow behind. Plus I start to get headaches if I don't wash it, so the max I can go is 3 days. I've recently gone back to using 3 min miracle by Aussie for color treated hair & not only does it smell amazing but I notice my hair is super super soft afterwards and it really tames my flyaways. I used to use this when my hair was past my hip. Trying to grow it out from a pixie cut.
I have the same symptons and the doctor said i have fungal scalp. So i have to use special shampoo. I think you should consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
So I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and it really has helped me improve the health of my hair and I’m currently in the process of growing it out and you’ve given me very helpful tips and information thank you😘❤️
My hair is very damaged due to bleaching , she forgot to say , stay away from bleaching at all cost, but I am assuming she has never punished her hair with bleach just as so many women like me, due to lack of education on hair beauty, her hair is amazing. I would be very happy just achieving waist length and healthy hair ,even if is not thick. Thank you for the advices:)
Totally agree with you. My mom warned about bleaching my hair. I regret not listening to her. Now I'm here trying to find remedies.
Your hair are like so long , healthy , pretty , strong , shiny , thicker . Okay I am gonna stop now ! 👸👱

I have very thick hair and my story started a few months ago and I had lots of stress from school and my hair was falling out. my hair is finally growing back and I seem to be happy now I’m at a new school with positive energy and my hair is at its best. So my tip is that always try not to stress and be in a positive environment.

I like the explaination on wooden brushes! I had no idea... thank you for sharing!
The best videos I have ever seen about hair care💯👌
Wow 😯 what a beautiful and long hair this girl has! Just amazing! Thanks for video! 🙏🏻❤️
To Sarah,
I found this video toward the beginning of 2016. At that time, my hair was totally wrecked. It was so damaged from a million things and was in such poor condition and I was fed up. I wanted to grow my hair long again (even though I'd had it long when I was younger, I always used flatirons and dyes and treated it horribly so it was gross-ong, not beautiful long) and so I went to CZcams looking for answers. I watched your video and before it I had no idea how luxurious and calming hair care could be and the benefits that could come of it. I got a haircut and set out to start what has now become a real journey of healing with my hair but also myself. I invested in oils and good shampoo and conditioner and learnt as much as I could about healthy hair. I didn't realise at the start, but most of my hair was damaged basically up to the root, and I essentially started a process of growing/cutting/growing/cutting/growing/cutting and so on. I also have trichotillomania which means i had/and still somewhat have certain balding spots that I hope to one day overcome and grow out. Its Nov 2018 now, and my hair is at my shoulders. It was probably BSL when I started, but over time I became more invested in the health of my hair rather than the length. My hair has changed so much - its got thickness back, its shiny (god it was so awful cutting out the flatiron because it was so damaged that the only way it looked good, like you said, was by styling it even more - endless cycle), and its just healthy and something that I can almost (once a bit more of my balding grows out) be 100% proud of. Thank you for making this video, you really inspired a change in my life and I can say that it feels so nice to have thick healthy hair that is at its fullest potential rather than being horribly damaged and wrecked. I really can't thank you enough. Now that its at my shoulders and so healthy (for the most part) all the way down to the shoulders, I feel as though I am ready to start growing it out to make it long like I wanted to when I first stumbled upon this video about two and a half years ago. I now know how to care for my hair and I am so excited to start the length process and this video means so much to me.
I know its 'just hair', but I've had a lot of things go wrong and mental illness up the wall and all these terrible things - and it just feels nice to feel good in my body and have a great mane that keeps me cosy.
Love, Julia.
I see a lot of girls with long shiny hair on youtube posting videos about how they grew their hair so long. But they all have really straight hair. Mine for example is suuuper curly and gets dry really fast. Does anyone have any tips for me ?
LDDanger Ok I don't have curly hair, but I really think you should try coconut oil. One of my friends has curly hair and she puts it in her hair after she showers. But you might have to experiment a little. Hope this helps! :)
caroline turing Thanks ! I am getting a haircut tomorrow because it has been 8 months haha. After that I am going to try to keep it as healthy as possible and hopefully it will grow! I am at the same length for like a year now..
Try watching CurlyPenny's videos here on youtube :) her channel is focused on how to properly take care of curly hair. She's truly amazing!
LDDanger Moisturize your hair and don't wash it everyday. I'd try to stretch my washes to once a week. Because curly hair follicles twist so much, the oil your scalp produces won't slide down the follicle as easily, which causes EXTREME dryness.
The best way to grow your hair is to have a simple regimen. Your hair will grow on its own. I'd recommend going to naturallycurly.com, finding your hair type, and seeing what other people with similiar hair do.
Good luck on your hair journey!
(P.S. I wouldn't necessarily recommend coconut oil. I know some people who used it and it broke their hair off. D: However, it sounds like you have high porosity hair, so you should be fine.)
I have curly dry hair too. I just add coconut oil mixed with a little olive oil before bed and wash my hair twice a week
Hey, can we talk about her perfect brows
Omg you're right😍
She's just a drop dead gorgeous woman, what can you say?
I watched this video about 3 months ago. I was so inspired to have strong healthy hair! I ordered all the supplies I would need to follow her advise and I am here to update. In only 2 1/2 months I have seen amazing improvement in the quality of my hair! My hair fall has decreased DRAMATICALLY! My hair is softer than it has been in years. I love my wooden brush! I didn't think I would. Previously when I had used a wooden brush, it always seemed to hurt when I brushed my hair. Now I realize it was because my hair was so unhealthy it tangled so easily. I was also a little skeptical about the shampoo because of some of the reviews I read but I tried it and I am absolutely loving the Calia Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. I also love the oil! For the first time in years, my scalp doesn't itch and my hair is softer than ever! I'm also loving the effects MSM is having on my hair. I feel like that had been a huge contributor to the reduction of my hair fall.
Like I said it's only been 2 1/2 months but I am excited to see how much more my hair improves with time. I follow all her rules but the ones I listed are my favorites.
How's it hair now 😢
You officially have the healthiest hair on CZcams land. :-) Loved this video (just like all the other videos of yours)! I have a wooden brush from the Body Shop from ages ago, but I don't really brush my hair at all as it's curly. When I used to, I remember I used to love the wooden brush a lot. I like your idea of using a hair rinse in addition to the conditioner. I always do either one or the other, but I'm going to try both next time. Thanks for inspiring me to try something new again! xx
Excellent tips! I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel :)
I think the importance of the shower filter is not emphasized enough compared to other advice, yet it is crucial. I realized it when I spent the holidays at my mothers (tap water is super hard and full of lime where she lives) after a year of using a shower filter at my place. It was a disaster for my hair, which became super hard to detangle, brittle, it felt like there was always a residue on it. I'm now back at my place and it's much more manageable again but one month later it still becomes greasy faster than it used to after each wash (I guess my scalp needs time to go back to normal)... so now I have proof that the quality of water does matter very much, not only he products I use (which were exactly the same when I was at my mother's). Thank you for this piece of advice, it only lasts a few seconds in the video, but it really makes a huge difference for me and I think it isn't stressed enough in most haircare advice out there.
The BEST video of hair care routine I've ever watched.
It is a bit difficult to change my hair habits. I follow some of your recommendations but I have to learn more and the path is still long for me.
Thanks a lot for sharing these videos for such a long time.
You have a new suscriber!
Greetings from Spain \,,/
I use Tea Tree oil and Rosemary oil in my hair, especially when I get off work, cause it's so relaxing and nourishing!!😃
I want long hair soo bad; I cut half my hair off so I could give it a fresh start bc my ends where awful, I gave up blow drying, iron drying and everything heat, I deep condition at least once a week, I'm super gentle when it comes to brushing it, natural oils are literally my hair's best friend, but my hair just doesn't seem to grow! Not a tiny bit! IM SO DESPERATE!!!!!
shutupanddance did u try massaging your haur it stimulates hair growth?
try eating food that promotes hair growth
kawtar elmjabber i read it first like 'try eating food with that hair growth'😂😂😂
Rub castor oil into your scalp and let it sit overnight! That's what I did (with coconut oil on my ends) and my hair grew so fast. You just may need to shampoo twice afterwards.
Paige Margo+ Do you mix the castor oil with anything or dilute it?
I just fell in love with your hairs ❤️
omg you are so sweet! :) love this video, i've learned so much. thank you!
*stops using heat completely for 6 months, does coconut oil treatment twice a month. Still has dried ass hair*
Rachel Marquez If your hair is already damaged there's not much you can do :/ just cutting the whole damaged part. Tips are for not damaging the hair, once damage is done it's almost impossible to recover.
Rachel Marquez ur default looks like you colored your hair. That damages your hair for a longer time. 6 months is nothing, you are gona see results when you r colored part of the hair are cut and your natural, newly grown hairs are longer.
ばけねこ化け猫 I chopped off more then six inches lol
Rachel Marquez My cousin use to bleach her hair blond all the time. But it always looked healthy. Her secret is an egg treatment.Use one egg yolk olive oil and honey.Leave 30 minutes and shampoo You can also use a vinegar rise
If you wash your hair everyday, stop. I let my hair get naturally oily and I brushing it through really well. Then I wash it. Or you can go "poo free" which is pretty much replacing shampoo and conditioner with baking soda (1 tbsp) and hot water (1 cup) in a water bottle and massaging it into your scalp and rinsing. You can "condition" by mixing Apple cider vinegar in water and massaging it in. Coconut oil also is a good replacement.
She is so beautiful! She should be a Victoria secret model

Lately I have been binge watching hair care vids. I have started wanting to start taking way better care of my hair because I have discovered my hair is what makes me feel pretty. I am 9, and at the moment my hair is relatively thick. I am aiming to get my hair to my waist, but it goes only around 30 cm off that target so I have a long way to go.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know these are really helping me. Thank you. Your hair is lovely. :)
