Can we talk about the garden tho?
👍
Seriously! I want that garden! Sadly...I live in a super dry area and herbs are hard to grow.

My goodness! Your hair is so out of this world. You look like a real life Disney princess (seriously). It feels so therapeutic every time I listen to your videos. Have been taking a lot of inspiration from you for years and years now.
Awww thank you so much!! I’m so happy you enjoy my videos 💓😄
Her hair is gorgeous. I just did a video on hair health too!

It’s funny you mentioned Disney princesses. That’s what her voice makes me think of.
@@holistichabits if we do all these healthy natural ways and if i listen to hair growth subliminals will it work
Because of the way her hair looks, I would try anything she says.
Absolutely

When your hair has a fine structure, it’s a whole different story.
Her hair hasn’t a fine structure. She’s blessed 😃

Thank you for the answer, but did you know that even good natural products can be too strong for some people’s hair in the case where it’s going to be in contact with the roots?
I knew this woman using henna for making it red, it started to fall out, her (Arab) hairdresser advised her to use normal colouring products and she was saved.
That was because henna was too strong for her roots.
You speak like an audiobook narrator, i love your hair btw
So true! My thoughts exactly!
It sounds so fake like she wants to sound like an anime character 🤣🤣🤣
I don't like her voice- I'm just waiting for the recipes! Haha
Crystal Hempstock Ok? If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all
Whoever is not liking her soothing unique voice, you guys are nothing but jealous 😀
That red squirrel was absolutely darling
Brad mondo needs to react to this georgeous hair
I watched the video and the first thing I was thinking of is exact the same, haha!
He can't, hairdressers only focus on fake and dangerous hair treatments not on natural hair beauty.
He won't. Hairdressers only care about destroying hair with harsh chemicals. And if you haven't noticed, none of them have healthy hair. Their hair looks like shit.
Yikes. I’m a hairstylist and definitely don’t have unhealthy hair lmao.
I actually agree with everything she is saying.
Brad mondo is not even a hairdresser everytime he try to do something he fails and act as if he did it on purpose and when he gave new looks it was just blaaaah...he is a great guy I love him but he is just so miserably bad at hiding it
Everything in this video looks like a fairy tale scene🧚♂️. I’m gonna call you Rapunzel
Very true.....🙂
You have a hair garden rather than a veggie or fruit garden , literally. Inspired 🙌🏻
Exactly 😂😍

Hair is a sign of health - she’s also eats really clean and takes really good care of her self obviously 👍🏽
Had a bath with lavender. I now know I am allergic to lavender.
Hahaha
And I am allergic to apple cider.
Oh no! :(
As someone who is allergic: test everything. You never know what may try to kill you.
Like, seriously, l am not allergic to strawberries but yesterday one just decided to try and kill me...

The bulgarian rose changes the colour of the vinegar to a deep red, as well as the smell it changes to roses. Is my favourite to use it as a face toner!
Also, mixing chamomile + mint +lavender it changes the colour of the vinegar to gold and the smell is like cinnamon!
Stunning hair and videography and accidental ASMR
Her voice is ASMR too
accidental??? Not likely ;)
Ah.. the ASMR, that’s why I hate listening to this video 😖
if anyone is wondering, I have been doing a rosemary rinse ever since I tried it (I have a natural beauty book and I learned it off there!) and WOWWWW is all I can say. it REALLY changes your hair so yes it does work!! it makes my hair very very shiny (I have dark brown hair). I always hated my color because it just always looked frizzy and dull - I also have thick, wavy/curly hair. I have done a hell of a lot in hair care - I use an essential oil blend on my scalp every night (I made the blend myself), I always apply oils onto my hair (my entire haircare routine is 100% natural from shampoos to conditioners to after care). but anyway, even though my hair became incredible by changing all of that, once I tried the rosemary rinse, I have to tell you, my hair is really beautiful. its just an actual "color" now so to speak its not just dark hair. its a really nice shiny, deep brown, full of life. and yeah just super shiny. so I really recommend doing herbal rinses.....even if you already do 100% natural hair care I think this really bumps it up!!
If you don't mind me asking...what is the title of the natural beauty book where u learned the recipe from? I would love to read it.
Karla Delavi thanks
Hi, so I want to try putting oils onto my hair.. but I can’t seem to find when the perfect time would be. Since I shower at night and not in the mornings, and I rather not go to work with my hair looking greasy. Do you have any recommendations on the time and how long I should keep the oils in?
How often do you do the herbal rinse? And how much rosemary do you end up using? Thank you 😊🙏🏻🌱
Yay sis thank you for sharing ! How do you mask the smell of vinegar ? I tried it once and haven’t since because it smells so bad
Im not a fan of asmr or anything like that, but this video is so peaceful and pleasing to the ears for me
Pumpkin Monster same
Can we just talk about how absolutely soothing and relaxing the entire video was? The garden, her hair, her voice, the plants, it was all so restful.....
When i first saw u running....i thought this was a 70's hair commercial.
LOL yes looks like a commercial!
Those 70s commercials are the best thing ever... And her hair is beyond amazing!!!!

Are you for REAL???? .......
That's the most beautiful long hair i have ever seen 😍😍
Reena Mohanta - and her video and her voice is sooo relaxing
Do you think that's her own hai shown at the beginning and end of the video?
I actually saw a dark brown hair fluffy but suppricely when she showed up to wash the hair it is a slim big black hair.
I am just asking if she's same person.
Abigail Tetteh yes lol
This woman should present children's stories at bedtime :)
Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
I watch several holistic channels and have seen so many of your own videos. This is one of, if not THE, most beautiful videos on CZcams. Everything was perfect. Loved hearing the nature sounds in the background...and your mother’s garden is simply stunning. I’d never leave it!

I wish this video was 2 hours long. I love rosemary and lavender. I buy in bulk. I need to try sage in the winter. Hibiscus tea in rice water once a week and oil massage with herbs steeped in once a week. I’m able to keep my hair long shiny and healthy at 51 years old.
Hi ! How do you prepare the hibiscus tea in rice water ? And how do you use it ? Thanks
It’s literally hibiscus tea bags soaking in rice water for 24 hours to ferment. It’s turns into a beautiful color. I have used hibiscus powder and then strained it but I like the tea better. I want to use it with the dried whole flowers in the future. It doesn’t grow where I live so I use dried. Then after I shampoo I will rise my hair with it. Let it sit for a half hour. Rinse add conditioner. Some people use it as there final rinse and leave it in but the fermented smell isn’t that great. I’m going to use my loose hibiscus next time.
May I ask where do you buy your rosemary and lavender teas please? do you buy loose or tea bags, and how do you use it. Thank you!
@@TracyD2 what are the benefits or properties of hibiscus tea in the hair? Where I live we have tons of it and find it in almost every store. Also, I have never seen the fresh herb sold for the same purpose, it's usually dried. I am from Nicaragua, I am really interested.
OMG I’ve just seen these comments. I buy my hibiscus flowers from mountain rose Herbs and the ground from hennasooq. It’s easy enough to find online. I simmer the rice in a lot of water then I through in 2 teabags of hibiscus and green tea blend that I found in my local market. I let it steep for 24 hours but to ferment. Strain the rice. Then after I shampoo I’ll pour the rice tea on my hair put a hair mask on top. Let it sit for like a half hour then rinse. I don’t go over board with the rice. Maybe every two weeks. It can overload the hair with protein.
I've been using essential oils in washing my hair but when I heard "you can use this as a delicious salad dressing" you sold me on your method.
This worked so well for my 4c hair. It was sooo much softer and easier to get knots out. Plus I love the rosemary smell all day... 😊😍 Thanks
How did u do
@@namaraksha7008 I just rinsed my hair with the herbal hair rinse after my regular conditioning routine. I let the herbal rinse stay in.

What type of lavender does your mom grow?
Love this. I’m a black natural and I’ll be trying these methods myself!
Let me know how it went, please.
How did it go?

Your voice was like big hug or gentle angels touch to my over emotional day...thank you for being who you are💗💗
Rosemary, lavender and sage. The exact 3 herbs we have in such abundance in our garden that I didn't know what to use them for anymore. Thank you !
Hi Sarah, I hope you'll read this. I just wanted you to know that you helped me in such a huge way. I never really leave comments on videos and I just wanted to tell you something. Im 30years old btw! a few years ago I had hair that was to my chest area, with lots of layers. I had done all sorts with my hair - as a child I had it exactly how yours looks, waist length and beyond, just beautiful. but growing up, first I was an athlete, then I started with dyes it and cuts, then let it grow and then dyed it bleach blonde (its naturally dark brown...imagine!!!!). anyway......I came across your videos four years ago. I knew a bit about natural stuff, like rose water and so on, from family. but now, I have learned so much from you. I feel armed with so much knowledge about my health. my hair is now incredibly soft, and super shiny. I can't stop touching it! haha. its waist length, super thick, and wavy. I even emailed Calia and they said they thought my hair was beautiful and would see if there was any "need" for me to work with their products as a rep. So your advice really does work, to anyone who doesn't believe.
but beyond looks and hairstyles, you've given me something super special. you've cemented the importance of health, and routines. I have a green smoothie every morning. I do pampering showers everyday (even if only briefly in the water, I still do scrubs, then face oil, etc every single day), facial gua sha (though granted I learned this elsewhere) I could go on and on. basically, you've given me tons and tons of info and knowledge, about health, supplements, and powders, hair, skin, pampering etc.......and thanks to you I have the most amazing, long hair, and a really beautiful complexion. My skin looks so good that I actually get complemented when I'm out and about!! (cashiers etc) I put the work in everyday, but it was your tips and advice that got me here, four years later. thank you very much for the videos you make. please never stop. thank you so very much for all the knowledge you share.
I have been in such a weird little funk lately and this video helped me unwind and relax so much, thank you. 💗 I look forward to every upload you make! You have inspired me in so many ways
Oh my God you sound like a lullaby so peaceful and calm and soothing your voice is!
For my hair rinses I brew black, green, and chamomile tea together in about 2 cups of hot water, add 2 teaspoons on peppermint extract and 1/3 cup of ACV. This will last for a few rinses. Just use a little at a time and dilute with your shower water like she mentions in the video :)
Definitely the most naturally beautiful......hair ever seen!!😭❤️❤️❤️
Im going to be honest. When i watch the video , its like it making me relax and sleepy. ❤💤 its so calming and very nature. Thank you so much I learn a lot.
You are so amazing! I have struggled with damaged hair for many years and your videos were so helpful!! The first video I've seen from you was your how to get long healthy hair naturally video, after I watched your video I bought a wooden brush, jojoba oil, and coconut oil. I started using sulfate free shampoo, and I started wearing braids instead of a tight ponytail. You helped me so much!! I started seeing huge improvements in my hair and its health. Thank you so much!
I've been using ACV as my conditioner for a while now. It works so great! I'm excited to try and grow my own herbs this summer & see how the herbal rinses are. This is the first video I've watched of yours, so peaceful! And I love the squirrel!

Thank you so much! I spent a few month backpacking in Asia and the excessive sun and sea water really damaged my hair very badly, I have super fine hair, and it’s started to thin out and stop growing.
