Arrabbiata sauce means angry sauce in Italian...because it's spicey. It's really easy to make. Everyone's recipe is different, but here's mine: soften some garlic and a small onion in some olive oil. You can also fry up some pancetta or bacon and then cook the garlic and onion in the same pan with the pancetta fat. Then add your spice,,how much depends on you...I add a tablespoon of hot pepper flakes or a small chopped fresh chili...add that to the softened garlic/ onion/ fried pancetta. Then add a can of tomatoes, but crush them with your hands as you pop them in, add a small jar of pureed tomatoes. Let that cook, add tablespoon or a little less of dried oregano, some black olives...cook until thickened. You're done. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon over cooked pasta..Al dente always. Enjoy!!

We just got a Trader Joe’s in my state this month and the elote corn chip dippers was the snack item I chose. They are dang good. Will definitely buy again.

The fried ravioli looks so good! The penne sauce is pronounced uh-rah-bee-AH-tuh and is translated to mean “angry sauce.” It’s my husband’s favorite from when he was stationed in Italy with the army many years ago. Too spicy for me but he gets it in any Italian restaurant we go to that has it.

Definitely ordering the meal planning book within the next week for sure definitely will help me a-lot for meal planning but been eating off of what I have right now until I need more of any type of meats..
