We are Keto/Low carb here. One of the meals I am making (tonight actually) is stuffed cabbage. I mix burger, onion, cauliflower rice, egg and a little almond flour together and roll into cabbage leaves. Place in the crockpot with a little home made sauce and my house smells amazing
I just did all my spices in my drawers as well. Also got the 4oz glass jars but I got the bamboo lids. One of the best things I have done in a while
It’s funny how something small like spice jars can make a big difference

I love crockpot recipes. In the last few months I have been making as many crockpot and Instant Pot recipes to makes things so much easier! One of the recipes I recently found was an Alfredo Chicken Crock Pot recipe that we just love!
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Italian Dressing Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Water
4-6 Chicken Breasts
Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
Pour all the other ingredients on top.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Stir the sauce and serve over fettucini noodles. We liked the chicken shredded and mixed in with the sauce.
Instead of making the noodles separately I am going to start adding them right into the crockpot and let them cook in the crockpot at the very end.
What I had ready about placing frozen chicken in the crockpot is that when you put them in thawed your chicken ends up being a lot more tender.

I like doing bbq shredded chicken in crockpot. Use some good rolls, so easy for weekday meal. It is a good time to bring out the crockpot more.

I LOVE your binder idea! I cook a big batch of chicken at a time. I'll make tacos one night, heat up the chicken tomorrow and make enchiladas, next day add veggies etc.
Yes this is such a good idea. I would do this when the kids were little. Boil a whole chicken then use it all week

Hi! I am making chicken tacos for dinner tonight. I cook my chicken in a crockpot with a jar of salsa for a super easy weeknight dinner. 😊

Ok I made pozole last night and leftover are even better . Got the recipient from Vies on the Road channel and it was easy . I don’t normally do crockpot meals unless it’s like a roast or chili.
The Tuscan chicken on Natasha chicken so good and easy too is a favorite here. So happy you are back Kimberly.
