What do you guys think of the new NVIDIA RTX 4070 SUPER? Or will you be sticking with the RX 7800 XT, or new price reduced RTX 4070? 🧐
The 4070 super still has 12gb of Vram which is the only problem with the 4070 now the 4070 ti super vs the 7800xt I can see ppl picking the 4070 ti super
I think its all dependent on use cases. Ray tracing - 4070 Super. Rasterization 7800xt due to the future proofing there with that 4gb extra vram helping the gpu last longer saving money. 4070 I think if you really can't stretch that 50 dollars then i'd say get the 4070 but only if you want NVIDA feature set if not 7800xt better for the price.
The 4070 price here in japan went up like 200$ or in ¥ is 120k so im hoping that it will went down when it release here😂
Disagree with them canceling old cards, they could just drop the price of the old cars and give the consumer that much more choice and compete with AMD regarding their price to performance. They flipped the bird to the market and said, "we'll decide." That leaves a bad taste.
AMD added to their arsenal and dropped prices and gave the consumer more choices, Nvidia said, "Get bent, we'll decide for you."
I agree, however I only think you should go with NVIDA if you want their advantages and features. If you don't care for their feature sets just get AMD you will be better off that way . @@usleadershipareliars

thanks for improving your audio...its all balance for head set and speaker user like me (imo) (i mostly use my speakers) cause most of your clips audio when im using my speakers the audio is low AF but when i use my headset its meeeehhh ok...but this new vid its all balance, whatever u did just keep it hehe...thanks again and more power

@@GeekaWhat good thing that u saw my comment...cause im watching u way back your 80ksubs and im like i love the energy your studio set up etc etc ( accent lol by the way im an asian viewer lol) but the Vids audio was ill be honest trash back then, maybe thats the reason why subs are slow...but this particular vid and that second upload for today, the audio 100% spot on just like those top streamer gamers and bigger channels with different content...your there now for sure...with this new simple adjustment to your Videos for sure youll attract more viewers in the future...i also did this kind of constructive criticism to that food trip channel he saw my comment and he didnt realize that there are volume of viewers that love using their speakers and from that 200k+subs to 400k+subs in just 7months im not a youtuber i just watch stuff lol, but i think thats way fast to reach 400ksubs...and i hope your channel reach that number this year... I did this identical build and I’m so happy I went with it. I was gonna do an all ROG version of this (since I love ROG they are very consistent, I have a monitor, keyboard and mouse from them lol) but the PC build was gonna be like $700 more so I’m happy I did this build instead lol. I'm planning on building a similar system with an 14600kf and 32gb 6000mhz ram but i'm gonna go for the 4070ti super because i'll game on a 4k tv and it has more vram, can't wait for the reviews of the 4070ti super
better go with 7900 xtx for 4k gaming. 12gb is really the bottom right now for 1440p, def not future proof. You think 16gb of ram is future proof for 4k gaming? AMD offers a 20gb and 24 gb gpu that are actually affordable. (compared to 4090)

I think the 4070 Ti results are with older drivers🤔.

What about temperture. Many of these Palit cards have temperatures of 75 to 85 °C
guys does ryzen 5 7600 work well with msi b650m A pro and 4070 super i almost went with r5 7600+ rx7800xt but do note i am a casual gamer but in the future i might need some video editing work as a priority so halted to get a nvidia card and the 4070 super is just minute costlier than the 4070 here, in my place the4070,rx7800xt,4070 super are almost costing the same so what should i get ...

How is this beating the 4070 Ti? In all other benchmarks I've seen, it's consistently around 5-10% slower than the 4070 Ti.
Yeah I've seen results from other CZcamsrs and the 4070 super sits between the 4070 and 4070 ti

I run the 13600k, and it is a recommended cpu, GN considers it the most well rounded CPU, I have mine paired with a non Super RTX4080, no complaints, it oc's easily with intels xtreme tuning app...gg, I'd recommend the 13600k any day :) gg Also best 4070S review yet :)

yea if its like 50 bucks more its definitely worth it it's about 15% more performance
ohhh boy it is really just not all that it outperforms the 7800xt by 1 2 or 3 frames thats within the margin of error still more value to go for the 7800xt
Guys, whats a cheap gpu should i get so i can achieve about 180 FPS 1440p on competetive games? (Apex Legends might be the harder one to run, the rest is Valorant (CPU Intensive), CS2 and RS6) and probably 100 FPS on triple A titles? Budget is around 1000$ - 1200$

So that number of "VRAM" on afterburner Is only allocation NOT actual usage. There has and so far only been 1 game I get a low memory error on...and that's FH5 at 4K. 2080S which Is a 8GB card struggles. 3080 with 10GB? No error and It's the exact same settings. You could slap a 4090 In that same exact rig and games like MWII will show 22GB. It's not using all that. That's Just the game/engine asking for that amount of memory to be assigned to It but not using It. 10GB Is still fine and even 8GB Is fine at 1440 since that's what resolution you used.

Hey, is the Ryzen 5 7500F still good enough to power this system?
The thing with a ryzen 5 7500f is that it's gonna bottleneck so i would say get a i7-12700kf mostly cause it's on sale on amazon it costs 180 dollars and it does bottleneck but not as much as the ryzen 5 7500f.
7800xt has almost identical performace, is cheaper and has more vram. Unless you’re raytracing or anti amd it’s a no brainer

16:00 looks like a slide made by Nvidia. Comparing the 4070 S with frame gen on vs the 7000’s with frame gen off. It’s obvious that Nvidia has better RT results, but there’s no need to make the graph look worse than it is.
There are only *2* graphs that show results with RT, and only one of these also shows AMD data. You might not be too bothered about Ray Tracing or Frame Gen, but some people do and the data should be shown.
The idea here is to show the full picture. Rasterisation should always be the primary focus, which is why it occupied more than 10 graphs, and frame generation occupied just 1.
@@GeekaWhatMy point was FSR 2.1 vs dlss3. I do in fact value RT and have started to use Dlss3 on and off.
Didn't expect that 4070 Super can perform that GREAT. It's even better than the 4070 Ti non-Super in some/many but not all games
its obviously fake/error. Look at any other comparisation and you see the 4070 TI is much fast. I own both. in COD2 the 4070 TI is like 20-30% faster and in his tests slower:')

Never take Palit Dual 4070s. Spent some extra and buy Jetstream or Gamerock.

Why do all these testers say competitive settings and use DX11 instead of performance mode on Fortnite. I know it’s still DX11 stripped down etc but everyone will use performance mode if playing competitive on Fort. Plus you get better FPS.

It's all about the definition of 'competes' I suppose. The RTX 4070 Super is more powerful than the 7800XT, but costs $100 more and has 4GB less VRAM. I guess some people look at performance as a complete picture, rather than pure FPS in a set of titles.

I think the cpu is gonna bottleneck with the 4070 super, I suggest a i7 13700k if your interested for Intel, for ryzen, I suggest a r7 7800x3D
Edit: If your in a budget, these 2 is pretty much great for it’s price, and it actually depends what resolution you play on, if you wanna play on 1440p or 4k, get the r7 7800x3d or the guy that show the cpu on this video

buy cheap am5 mobo, get the ryzen 7600 and go for 4070 super or ti. 7800x3d is such bullshit for gaming, or go 5800x3d as it offers better vallue because of am4 and same performance as 7800x3d (especially with that gpu).

Yes, but it's aimed at 1440p (hence our testing here). Personally, I'd want an RTX 4080 or RX 7900 XT for 4K.

No real GPU price and no price on the cpu cooler but everything else is £1,048 plus you’ll need thermal paste and cable extensions. So probably nearer £2k
