    Im 43 and hearing of Mr.Coles death brought a tear to my eye. I miss the ol Hockey Day in Canada days and its crazy how many memories i have where he was involved. Prayers for him and his family.

    this whole nylander thing has made me realize every year i get around 2-4 migraines...i didn't realize that's what was making my vision blurry...obviously a headache comes with it. i have to lay down when it happens and my day is pretty much over.

    So I guess Roman, the barbershop quartet guy, is a reason to keep the EBUG around? Since he became a fan because of David Ayres…interesting stuff
    edit: it would be cool if they did the opening night anthems for Utah!

      It just blew my mind that such a thing could happen in a professional sporting game. It drew me in. Can’t explain it!

    One of my favorite Bob Cole calls wasn’t even a goal. It was an almost goal in the gold medal game in 2002.
    Paraphrasing:
    “Fleury…..WHAT A MOVE!….oh….and he couldn’t finish that beautiful play…..”

    Bob Cole was one of the best. But to say he was the goat is a stretch. Danny Gallivan would have something to say about that. Many great memories from both.
