It took a while to make this, I actually intended to make it as a bonus video but as you can see, it was 25 minutes. Bray Wyatt managed to reestablish himself despite the odd booking he had received. It was never gonna end well because Wyatt was too creative for his own good and in WWE, that's never a good thing. What did you think of the Fiend?
I think wwe was at its best in the modern era with the fiend at play I always wanted bray to be a main eventer and I think the fiend saved his career aswell from the Bray Wyatt he used to know with the guy looking up at the lights 75% of the time
Wouldn’t say ahead of it’s time lol he did it at the right time, would be even better if he could put on classics in the ring
The Fiend and The Firefly Fun House was an idea, which should've been bulletproof and a fresh air for WWE to close out the 2010s and start from 2020 with a better mindset...to then being reminded the gimmick wouldn't go very far while Vince was still in charge (i.e, Hell in a Cell, WWE Universal Championship, Goldberg, Saudi Arabia, and more).
@@Omgitzhuncho Bray is more of a character based wrestler nor a technical wrestler, though he did have great matches against Bryan Danielson.
He should not return as fiend.

I always wondered who would be the “mythical character” to replace the undertaker when he eventually retired, and no one had ever felt more believable than Bray Wyatt. He didn’t seem like a knock off Undertaker, he felt like the first Bray Wyatt. The fact that they let him slip out of their grasp is beyond me. Bray Wyatt can easily become their big name draw that only appears once every few months. Facing him would be akin to testing your steel against the a wrestler who’s unlike the rest. Similar to how it felt to face the undertaker at WM. It’s a big deal.
Please HHH, get him back and book him right this time.

2019 was wild. Kofi Mania, The birth of AEW, Seth Rollins went from hero to zero and Bray Wyatt rebranding himself. The Fiend was the hottest thing in 2019.
until #hiac2019 when it really went downhill and hasn't recovered.
The Execution was a head of its time, The way Bray Delivered the fiend to the fans Created a buzz because it felt like we got a monster similar to Kane/Undertaker/ mankind

2019 was such a wild year. Some good stuff, some awful stuff, and then there was Bray Wyatt’s crazy new character. I swear Bray’s creativity was off the charts with this, it was beautiful. The Fiend was definitely one of the greatest characters ever made and it’s a damn shame it got ruined by Vince’s shenanigans. Here’s hoping he comes back and becomes WWE’s greatest character again.🤞

Looking back on his journey makes me so sad. His return was epic and the story line that could've become was filled with endless possibilities!! Upon his return it was amazing to see Windham!! He will be so missed!! There will never be another creator as good as Windham was!! I truly hope that Bo Dallas is able to come out and carry on some part of Bray's amazing legacy!!

Bray Wyatt is one of my favorite ever his original gimmick with the Wyatt family was so different at the time but when he became The Fiend ever week I'll watch will joy then watch the relays for hours his really fucking amazing 👏

I definitely agree the better way to have gone about The Fiend in terms of invulnerability would have been to make him like Finn Balor and The Demon or Mick Foley with his personalities. Have him mainly wrestle as Bray Wyatt but occasionally if the situation calls for it, bring out The Fiend. That way you don't need to come up with some convoluted plan to get him to lose a match or a title without making The Fiend look weak.
They could just make him win like they do with Reigns.

a lot complained about the alexa bliss vs randy orton story but imo that was some good consistent weekly television and it had me tuning in every week. Alexa and randy killed it in their gimmicks. Hadn’t seen anything like it before. (Minus that awful vince ending)

To be honest I do totally believe that Bray Wyatt would return to WWE. Doesn't matter if he comes back as the fiend or a different persona, I will enjoy whatever his creativity might be.

The Fiend debut was a 10 /10 easily one of the best debut ever but too bad it didn't end well
The real day The Fiend died was when he lost to Orton at Wrestlemania. That was the worse ever decision. It literally made no sense to burn him, create hype around his return, have him as the babyface and make hime return at Mania only to loose.
Just imagine Taker returned and lost to Kane at WM 20, that would've killed him and that's exactly what ended The Fiend!
Pretty much. And goes to show how unselfish Mark is, because he offered to lose to Glenn there. And that was before the streak was what it became. Luckily Glenn is also one of the most unselfish individuals in the history of the business and refused. But if Taker was ever going to lose at WM. It should have been that one, I don't think it should have ever happened though.
But storyline wise, the only way to have made it work would be to keep Kane as an unstoppable monster, win the King of the Ring, win the championship belt at Summer Slam, and have him fend off all challengers going forward the next couple of months. Then have Undertaker versus Kane at Surivor Series, with the stipulation that Undertaker will never get another title shot again if he loses, with the only possible exception, winning the RR.
Have Taker lose at Surivor Series, enter the Royal Rumble at 1, and win it all. Go onto the main event and beat his brother, and finally get redemption for his loss at WM the year prior.
Glad it went down how it did originally though. Undertaker and Kane were both bigger than the championship belt from day 1 of their respective debuts IMHO. As an ultimate fan of both, would I have loved for them both to have the championship belt more, of course. But Austin, Rock, and Triple H is where the majority of people wanted the belts to be back then.
The only reason Kane's monster status didn't get squashed with his first WM loss is because it took 3 tombstones to keep him down, and he nearly kicked out again, and then proceeded to destroy Taker with the assist from Paul.

I have a storyline theory about the Goldberg loss that when you think about it makes sense and doesn’t make the loss as bad. Before Goldberg, every feud The Fiend had was against someone Bray had a past with, with the exception of The Miz, which was a mini feud during Bray’s feud with Bryan, which is why he faced him using Funhouse Bray. Bray focused his energy on his past. Anything else was a non factor. Then Goldberg returned and wanted the Universal Championship, thus challenging The Fiend. Goldberg didn’t have a past with Wyatt, so while he faced him, he didn’t consider him as a necessary target and let him win the match. That explains why The Fiend stood up right after Goldberg pinned him 1. 2. 3. and then he left and focused his attention the next SD on John Cena.
Fiend looked strong in defeat. Not everyone realized that Goldberg basically sucker punched him with a spear and, as you mentioned, no sold the Jackhammer afterwards. Goldberg looked shocked and in post interview he said that he gave everything he got in the beginning

Although the fiend should’ve never been in the title picture, we never would’ve got the Seth Rollins today. He’s been doing doing some of the best work I’ve ever seen him do and he has rebuilt his character.

As a person who finds Disney and the Children's Cartoon a bit creepy and has a fear of being chased by a demonic Mickey Mouse in the darkness, The Fiend Bray Wyatt scares the crap out of me.

You can’t put a championship on a persona that’s been built to be an immortal monster, who can take any move or damage given to him. Wyatt was getting hit with objects and popping right back up. If it’s the normal eater of worlds bWyatt fine, but the fiend should never get a championship.

The hell in a cell match wasn’t a DQ. It was referee stoppage. The idea was that The Fiend can take an inhumane amount of punishment and still be ok. So much so that the referee stopped the match because he thought “the Fiend” couldn’t possibly handle more. It makes sense, but it was executed very very poorly, I think even the announcers screwed it up

Bray Wyatt is, without a doubt, one of the most creative minds in wrestling today. If only he had been booked right, we could have seen The Fiend at his absolute peak. However, his booking was botched way too many times and he ended up being released. I do hope he returns and with new management in charge, he can flex his creative muscles to their fullest potential.

You know the hell In a cell match could’ve worked. The way I think it could have worked is like the Undertaker vs. Mankind HIAC match. Most of that match was official because they had started the match because mankind went to the top of the cell. The Fiend should’ve appeared at the top of the cell and attacks Seth. Then somehow the match never officially starts due to the fiend massacring Seth then the rematch would go the same way where it’s not official. Seth would go on to lose the title to Goldberg instead and bray can continue to be his own entity without the title.
Fiend was one my favorite characters kinda sucks it’s wasn’t always booked right can’t wait to see him back booked under triple H

The biggest moment that ruined bray Wyatt was the moment they made his gimmick, a mixed gender gimmick where he had Alexa bliss as part of his gimmick. He does not need a partner. It needs to either be him and Bo Dallas as the fiend and uncle howdy, or there needs to be just bray Wyatt there should never be another faction. It’s disrespectful to Brody.

I had heard a rumor that the Saudis wanted a straight up good guy vs bad guy match and for the good guy to win. This was back in 2019 So I couldn't tell you where I heard it. But vince agreed to it.
