For my intel I7 10700, I went to local shop when i had trouble successfully installing Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Myself back in 2022---Settled for Arctic Freezer 7X (as my Ride wasn't gonna go back Home to get obtain the Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Cooler, not even sure that would've been enough for full performance or not) AIO coolers shop said due to my Ram an AIO wouldn't fit into my case, so then i was like well i'll take the Arctic Freezer 7X then.

That's one big mofo air cooler, it would be better to get an AIO.

Well you have to think about it? What are your needs...does your case support AIO etc...also tower cooler failing point is only the fans nothing else. An AIO life is about 4-6 years for the pump , and the fans can fail too. More work to mount the AIO as well.
