- Hello friends! Julia is from Spain, and Tyler is from the US. This is the first of a series of videos, telling the story of the unique "coincidences" that led us to find each other and decide to purchase a sailboat in California despite living in Japan - and all the adventures it has entailed.
This series of episodes will take you along with us, as we meet each other's families, and find the boat that we will sail back to our home in Japan. Hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them!

Another thing I've noticed, is this storytelling aspect is brilliant with all the animation and again, the creativity.
Best part is we are hearing both sides of this amazing story as it comes together into this positively beautiful life together as one.
The world will fall in love with both of you as this will be such an inspiration to others (including myself).
As with all the rest of us, can't wait to see the next episode.

Congratulations! I love Fuji boats. Almost bought one with no masts, thank god I didn’t.
Oh no! Yeah, we do too. I think the Fuji 32 was just too small for us. She was a great boat, but the refit the owner did felt more function over design, which maybe was part of why she just didn't pull our heart strings. The Fuji 40 I sailed in Japan was an awesome boat though! They only made about 13 of them I think.

❤️ It is a great name. I'm happy we share that. All my friends, and family called her Babci, and she loved it. Actually, German on my grandmother's side, but my grandpa's parents were Polish. He is still with us. We call him "Duke," no Polish connection to his name, but he still loves to tell polack jokes! 🤣
