The Coroner could tell that he body was rigid and cold at 630am? And she accepted the family claim of her death happening at 530am? Even as a non professional, I could have told you something was worth investigating.
I believe they also killed Alex. Not sure how, but my gut tells me they intended for him to take the blame and die leaving them free living off insurance money and no kids taking up time or money. Truly an evil plot, these two are dangerous in a way that's hard to understand

I believe that too I think they used ground malachite dust. If you look it up it's toxic if ingested it causes, severe diarrhea, vomiting high blood pressure and irregular heart beat, Alex was found on the bathroom floor collapsed . Malachite had a special significance to them that's why they had malachite wedding rings it's not that far to see why that might be..

This is the Lori DayBell murder trial, not the Lori Vallow murder trial. I think it's ridiculous to not allow cameras in the courtroom

The more information available to the public, the more probability jurors and witnesses will be exposed to trial information and public opinion about the trial.

If that's what the indictment says that's what they call her. Does it really make a difference?? You have all the information you need from the audio. The camera would only be for your "entertainment". They jury is who will decide they case. They can see all the gore. You don't need to.

The U.S. Constitution was written to protect all citizens, which includes defendants. It was not written to protect or promote the power of the state.

So they Just going to let the coroner get away with falsifying the death certificate even though she admitted to having seen the pink foam before (as the other one stated as well with smoothering), the fact that it had been HOURS since she died ect ect. She did not perform an autopsy so it's amazing she just wrote down what the husband said. That's INSANE.
I was thinking that myself. The officer just believed what the husband said to her. This officer, in my opinion, is so incompetent. Rest in peace, Tammy, Tylee and JJ 😢🙏

I read it was to keep media and attention low so there could be fair trial... because if everyone reads and sees media it's not very unbiased is it? Chad still needs a jury that is not aware of this case. It's a constitutional right.
It seems to me that Chad pushed Tammy off of the bed and her feet then got tangled as her body was pushed out of her bed because Tammy had been dead for quite some time.

The defense attorneys has said on several occasions that they weren't her lawyers, and something to the affect that they were appointed. So I figured that they really weren't "into" defending her that much, but only to a certain extent. That's the way it seems to me anyway.

Absolutely police should know rigor begins 2 hours after death.
A dead body does not fall out of bed, and pulling the sheets is unlikely to roll a living or dead body out of bed. Good reason to hire M.E.s rather than coroners. But even a coroner should have been curious how a 49 year old woman died?

I think they will convict her. I believe they are laying out plenty of evidence! The prosecutors have laid this evidence out clearly to me. They have enough evidence. Lori doesn’t have to commit the murder (as she conveniently made sure she was out of town when the murders or some of the murders took place) They just have to find she knew and was in on part of the planning of these murders. They’ve given so much excellent proof!
Most states say that you are guilty of the crime of conspiracy to commit murder if you:
-Agree with one or more other people to intentionally and unlawfully kill someone, and
-At least one of the persons involved commits some act to further the agreement.
Now THAT is what I hope the jury CLEARLY understands!!! That she didn’t have to murder them, but conspire to murder them. I still hear people say well she wasn’t there. 🙄

I had that happen with a extremely servere ashma attack ,it caused cardiac arrest , your whole body fights it. I still have nightmares where i panic in my sleep . Poor poor Tammy

The second autopsy found out it was asphyxiation, supposedly it wasn't changed so they could discuss on the trial. I dont know how they determined it was that

Prosecutor did mentioned cause of death asphyxiation, manner of death homicide.
@2:46:00 she said that in the 2nd autopsy it was determined it was asphyxiation, and right after that she said suffocation, and homicide. Hmm, so she was suffocated. She was asked just after that if she intended to changed the death certificate and the coroner said "yes". And then she said that it hasn't been changed yet because it was "pending trial".
I wonder if the coroner realizes that had she done her job Chad would have been arrested and possibly Lory and those kids may still be alive. Sad
The kids died before Tammy. Chad texted Tammy about killing a “Raccoon” and burying it in the pet cemetery.
So they were already well into their killing spree by the time Tammy was asphyxiated.

The 2 coroner's who looked at Tammys body, at the scene, the first one questioned had concerns about the foam around Tammys mouth. But no autopsy? Chad would not give permission for a further examination. If there was a question why couldn't they do it anyway? If they had done it then they would have known it was poisen as that was found out when they exhumed Tammys body later in another State where Tammy was buried.
It wasn’t poison. Her cause of death was asphyxiation.
The coroner did say that she told Chad that if they deemed it necessary, then they would perform an autopsy. The final report was asphyxiation (and then she said) suffocation.
Kay, the family does NOT have any say in an autopsy if the death seems unexpected.

He said he might've caused her body to roll off when he pulled the sheets. Hmm, but that could only happen if she was actually laying on top of that sheet (the top flat sheet). But then, if her body was already stiff, and her leg(s) were tangled in the sheet, then maybe... But I just don't see that happening, because he would've had to pull on the bottom part of the sheet in order for her stiff body to get turned. Even then, she wouldn't be bent over (I don't think). It just doesn't make sense (to me) any which way.

Why do some idiotic states allow "coroners" with little to no medical training? Being an EMS, while admirable, requires only a few weeks of training with one standardized exam to obtain a license. Even a highly experienced EMS is absolutely unqualified to judge whether a body shows signs of unnatural causes of death.
I'm sure there is a shortage of qualified people willing to move to rural America willing to do the job for twenty thousand dollars a year salary or some other pidly wage
Prosecution case is pointing to Chad Daybell as the killer, but I fail to see how they proved that Lori waa connected or ' conspired ' to Tammys murder.
What woman is ordering rings and wedding attire 8 days before their husband to be wife is dead? You can get married in a day in Idaho but not divorce. Furthermore, Im certain that their Bishop would not allow a "sudden" divorce. Marriage counseling would be suggested.

They seemed to be taking out people that would prevent them being together, or they had to take care of. Charles, Tammy prevented them getting married. Tylee and JJ needed to be taken care of, and were another barrier for them. Lori’s older son Colby and chads children weren’t dependent I believe and therefore they didn’t see them as needing to be removed. How old were chads kids at the time?

There is good reason historically trials are confined to a court room, with a limited audience, no photographs, a few reporters, witnesses, and the 12 jurors deciding for guilt or aquital.
The more the public has more and more information, the more likely a leak resulting in compromised witnesses and jurors.
And the potential for an over turned guilty verdict goes up considerably.
Any American has the "right," to attend a trial, but no right to have a trial broadcast into their living room.

A friend of mine died in his sleep and fell out of bed somehow. His partner found him halfway off the bed like Chad described. I assumed his body rolled somehow after death.
But it is really is odd not to order an autopsy on a 49 year old woman, reported as in general good health.... that died suddenly.
Autopsies are not only ordered in suspicious deaths, but also in an unexplained or unexpected death.
All the people involved in this death had to conclude that Tammy's death was normal. How can that be with a woman so young?

LE seized two bottles prescribed to Lori when they got warrants. One bottle of Tramadol and one bottle of Fluoxetine that she left behind when they fled to Hawaii.
