I love how they sang I am the Wind
clock room jump - turn into the wolf and jump above the flame, when you are above the flame, turn back into Alucard. However, as you are turning back into Alucard how Down (on the d-pad) and press jump. This will perform the downward kick onto the candle, the rebound from it will allow you enough height to get onto the ledge.

+Jani SIr That's true, however this game in particular is really good at rewarding exploration. There's something new around every corner and it makes the game a blast to play.
+It's me, Az! Apart from the shitty bit that links the area after first boss with beginning of the game. We don't talk about it
Can someone explain the meal ticket/toadstool thingy that would have given dr4gonblitz the world record? How does that work?
+The6Mimic you can use the toadstool to poison yourself and get a tiny boost upward fromt he damage and skip part of the area, if im not mistaken

how did they by pass the death interface for stealing their stuff?
They explain is super early...if you map transition during the frames of being unable to move; it shifts you over to the map next to the one you were moving to; or something along those lines
It's a reverse shift line glitch. It involves finding the point at the end of a room where the screen stops/starts scrolling with you as you walk. They used a Neutron Bomb to kill a warg and get a level up. Leveling up freezes the screen. They got their level up while they walked over this "shift line" for the screen and also backdashed back over it at the same time the screen froze from their level up. This resulted in Alucard shifting over slightly without the screen scrolling over with him.
So while they backdashed over the line, the game thought they were still behind that scroll line. So, they basically entered the next room before the game registered it, so it registered them moving a room after they had already entered Death's room, causing the game to instantly put them another room over.
Or it could be simply called the shift line glitch. I forget which is which, but that's why it works.

If it's all bosses why did they skip richter?
Because beating Richter leads to the bad ending. They skip Shaft's sphere because it isn't really a boss and wastes a lot of time for a very little show.
Also beating Richter isn't in Time Attack, so it's not considered a boss.
