    About Andy:
    With over 17 years of dedicated experience as a personal trainer and strength coach, Andy Baker is one of the most sought after strength and fitness experts in the industry.     Andy is a former U.S. Marine and was proud to serve multiple combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom between 2003-2007. While serving on active duty Andy received his undergraduate degree in Health & Sport Science from the American Military University. Andy holds the industry’s highest credentials available from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, and is a certified Starting Strength Coach. Andy is also a Raw and Drug Free Powerlifter with the Natural Athlete Strength Association. In 2010 Andy won N.A.S.A. Grand Nationals in the 198 lb raw division. Andy’s winning total included a 529 lb Squat, 380 lb Bench Press, and 562 lb Deadlift.
    Andy is available for Personal Training for clients living in Kingwood Texas and the greater Houston area. For those who want in depth instruction on the Starting Strength method of barbell training, Andy is available for private clinics.
    Personal training and private clinics are conducted at his private gym in Kingwood Texas.
