    Hi Andy it was interesting hearing your thoughts on using straps for rows so as not to limit the weight used, i would be interested on your thoughts on using a reverse grip when performing rows ie do you think it would also allow you to work the lats more due to being able to pull more with a reverse grip ?

      Warren Tredaway reverse grip uses more lat because your elbows are more tucked and less flaired due to the grip.
