- This is a drive along Nevada State Route 159, Red Rock Canyon Road, through the said Conservation Area, after a notable snowstorm left a rare layer of snow in the region.
An additional ride along the western portion of the Las Vegas Beltway (C.C. 215) is also included.

This is a real sight to see- esp giving how rare it is for the Las Vegas Valley to get snowfall. It's also nice to see NDOT putting in work to finish the I-215 beltway.
Wow, it's hard to imagine seeing an area that's normally red be all white everywhere. The snow sure looked beautiful!
Also, I had no idea that there was a significant downhill stretch north of Summerlin Parkway on the 215. I thought it was entirely flat.
Definitely not something frequent, catch it when possible. It is a fairly significant grade, I hate going the other way with my current car, struggles up the hill. If you look carefully, you'll see signs that say "No Engine Brake," mainly to discourage big rigs.
