Easy fix
If there is nothing medically wrong with her like a diabetic low blood sugar extreem event, which I doubt, or some form of mental illness, then she and those behaving like her are a menace to everyone on the road. This is the sort of people I constantly observe parking in handicap spots or literally at the front of stores, in the driveway or fire zone. Absolutely no fks given about anyone else.
If i witnessed an employee behaving like her they would be given a drug test after getting medically evaluated. She was not fit to drive.

This attitude happens when there are no consequences from parents and now hardly any consequences from the courts. Most charges get dropped in court. Also the police have not helped themselves with gaining trust and respect from the public by us constantly seeing bad cops get away with their actions and good cops now are getting blamed. If there was more transparency in the police force we would have less problems.
I don't think they could hear her the next town over, but I could be wrong 🤔

Entitlement, seriously she has seen too many foolish persons take this route and in some localities, the cops are forced by higher-ups to treat them with kid gloves. This only fuels their entitlement though and creates a cycle of irresponsibility as they continue this type of behavior and escalate it often. Then you have all the others watching the enc counter through social media and they think they should be able to get away with the same thing.

Here let me help you....she got a traffic ticket, then left the car again which subjected it to a tow and does not allow her back in the vehicle again, at which point she REentered the car against a lawful order from a police officer giving him cause to drag her out.
