  • The cops said I was suicidal for eating candy while I was driving in my car.
It's not a joke. Then even when the officers knew I was recording they still perjured their records and said I was delusional and insane while they were interviewing me. OMG WTF is wrong with our cops??????

Chante Moody even bigger problem and this shows how dumb law enforcement truly is, how is taking pills illegal, it could be cough pill, headache pill, tic tac, breath mint, heart disease, etc.. none of those are illegal to take. so how is that the concern of the police if it's not a crime? this right here shows how the police truly are a terrorist organization, they were trying to enforce the beliefs upon her with that of physical harm, kidnap, and theft of personal property.

Paul Williams There isn't an EMT hotline to call, you call 911 which is dispatch sending who they think is best for the situation. If you're gonna blame the cops for showing up on a call that "isn't their concern" blame the dispatch or the protocols on place for who Dispatch should send out.

Actually, depending on what the state laws says, Police can do what's called a "Health & Welfare check", but I believe it must be prompted by someone voicing a concern, (by phone or in person), which would indicate it's someone they know or are at least acquainted with.

There needs to be some law that when the person that calls in about something needs to held accountable for what they say in the call. Because the call is where the tension starts. " man with a Gun" how many times is this said in a call to later be found to not be true. Cops start in a state of high angist. If you lie to get a police response then you need to be held accountable for what you said during the call.

it's nonsense. police can lie to you whenever they feel like it. Willing to bet there was no call, and they wanted to bother her because she was visiting someone at a rehab, thinking she was sneaking in drugs to someone inside.
it's like cops that hang around near bars at closing time looking to roll a drunk driver, they hang out at rehabs and bother people that are visiting hoping to catch someone sneaking in drugs, and make up a story about someone calling a complaint.

Of course they don't. Cop's choose their careers for the same reason as everyone else; themselves. They are appealed by being in a constant state of power without hardly any effort to get there or maintain it. They thought to themselves, "eh, driving around in an air conditioned cop car won't be so bad. The guns will be cool I'm sure, and I can get paid for harassing anyone I want... but most importantly when the time comes or the feeling arises I can assault innocent civilians without adequate punishment. Man this'll be the life!"

5.5 months on most academies to become a cop, 2 yrs in SC to become a Paralegal, 4 yrs to become a lawyer, 1.5 yrs to become a barber (to include all the training required), At least one year to become an apprentice welder, At least one year to become an apprentice pipe layer (get your mind out of the gutter - I do mean physical pipes that carry water in houses), At least one year to get your A/P Aircraft Power plant license [first hand knowledge], etc... Many more occupations have a longer time to become a cop when compared. All except a cop require more training then a cop. Yet, the cop has the gun, tin badge, and State provided costume to kill, arrest, and imprison you.
One would think that a profession that has the authority to kill, arrest, and or imprison you should have a much longer time period of training. One would think that said profession would have more time to train them. But, more professions have much more stringent requirements then becoming a cop. Most require an IQ above 105. Most want an IQ above 105. but, cops do not want an IQ above 105.
It is any wonder that PDs are full of potential idiots. Add to this that SCOTUS has ruled that PD can intellectually discriminate (IQs between 95 and 105 - if over 105, you are to intelligent to become a cop).

All those professions took more time to be accredited. All the professions require an IQ above 105. All the professions do not have the power of arrest, to kill you, or both. Yet, 5.5 months and you can put a person (who's IQ is between 95 and 105) on the street with a gun, tin badge, and costume.

This video should serve as an example of what _not_ to do. Every piece of information given to the cops, such as admitting taking ibuprofen etc etc., leads in only one direction: it helps them to create reasonable suspicion, which they will later develop into probable cause for arrest. Anything you say can _only_ be used _against_ you, never the other way around. And if you watch the body language of the cop near the car door, you will notice that he does not even listen. They have very narrow goal, to build an arrest. They are not interested in anything else. And wouldn't ever tell who reported you, no way for that.

They weren't concerned with what she was bringing as that would be checked by the admissions staff either way. They were allegedly concerned with her actions mainly that she may have taken something, which cannot be proven or disproved. Additionally even if she was 'discharged' she is no longer a patient and not under any obligation to comply with any such requests they had.
