pulled over for candy

- The cops said I was suicidal for eating candy while I was driving in my car.
It's not a joke. Then even when the officers knew I was recording they still perjured their records and said I was delusional and insane while they were interviewing me. OMG WTF is wrong with our cops??????
Wow North Korea is getting way out of hand
Chris Manley This is the United States of America.
TheRichzombie I was being sarcastic
Chris Manley I was being sarcastic too.
+TheRichzombie lol
no no its pretty much North Korea
Theres too many nosey people in this world .I cant imagine calling the police on someone for "taking pills"
Tattlers and dispatch yes-men.
rbeck3200tb40 yup how does that complaint even happen.
rbeck3200bt40, that's so true! However, who even knows if anyone even called the police on her.; those officers could have simply0 made that up.
Chante Moody even bigger problem and this shows how dumb law enforcement truly is, how is taking pills illegal, it could be cough pill, headache pill, tic tac, breath mint, heart disease, etc.. none of those are illegal to take. so how is that the concern of the police if it's not a crime? this right here shows how the police truly are a terrorist organization, they were trying to enforce the beliefs upon her with that of physical harm, kidnap, and theft of personal property.
because somebody's fear, (as in "open carry" vids") has no relevance to anyone's life than their own.
A cops job is NOT to check on "health" that's the job of EMT
Paul Williams that's why they called emt dumbas
Paul Williams There isn't an EMT hotline to call, you call 911 which is dispatch sending who they think is best for the situation. If you're gonna blame the cops for showing up on a call that "isn't their concern" blame the dispatch or the protocols on place for who Dispatch should send out.
Actually, depending on what the state laws says, Police can do what's called a "Health & Welfare check", but I believe it must be prompted by someone voicing a concern, (by phone or in person), which would indicate it's someone they know or are at least acquainted with.
Paul Williams shut your mouth if you’re an ignorant fuck. No EMT will go into any possible unstable or dangerous situation unless it’s been deemed safe by law enforcement.
Paul Williams did you really just say that. You’re makin yourself look like a 🤡
Cop#1: "yeah just hold on one sec"
*stands at the door looking so very busy chewing gum*
I love how he leans on her car door. He's very "comfortable".
It's real simple who made the call, THE COPS themselves. This aint hard.
There needs to be some law that when the person that calls in about something needs to held accountable for what they say in the call. Because the call is where the tension starts. " man with a Gun" how many times is this said in a call to later be found to not be true. Cops start in a state of high angist. If you lie to get a police response then you need to be held accountable for what you said during the call.
40hours56
it's nonsense. police can lie to you whenever they feel like it. Willing to bet there was no call, and they wanted to bother her because she was visiting someone at a rehab, thinking she was sneaking in drugs to someone inside.
it's like cops that hang around near bars at closing time looking to roll a drunk driver, they hang out at rehabs and bother people that are visiting hoping to catch someone sneaking in drugs, and make up a story about someone calling a complaint.
40hours56
You might want to look at her other videos, this is no random call, she is insane, and was probably doing something that made someone who knows her worry about her safety. I mean she accuses a judge of putting out an assassination order on her and the power company of stealing her DNA and it gets weirder.
I get what your saying, but that would also make people scared to call the police. Better to call 1 time to many, then 1 time to few
TheGizmo1122 it is illegal to false report. And also the boy who cried wolf. So no. It is not bettet
They are suppose to produce the complaint. The right to face your accuser. If the cop didn't see it he can't enforce it without the other person phisicly there to say this was the person. Most don't want to deal with it so there's nothing cops can do legaly.
Someone called, I dont know who called but Im going to violate your rights. That is what the joker is saying.
The police are not trying to help this lady , they are trying to get her to admit to doing something wrong. These police are probably trying to get in her pants and don't know what to do now.🤔😎✌
Bouncer Slab she allready got one asshole in her paints she don"t need anymore lol.
@Randy Boone I agree.
Cops are crooked as ever could be
Please stay away from children.
@@rodneygriner7090 already*
These porkers are doing too much. Once the older piece of bacon said he was calling AMR to check her vitals. They didn't have anything on her. Waste of time BS.
They need to come to my state. We need more cops. A lot of cops have left because of pay issues or something. Only 10 traffic cops for over 100k people in this city.
My State, cops earn six figures. We don't put up with this waste of time BS. Go fight real crime.
fangzea Fuck Yeah! probably alot less crime also!!!! Cops commit more crime's than Civilian's!
didn't have anything...it wasn't an arrest, they were checking up on a suspected suicide call. Fuck sake moron they ain't doctors.
So if they are stopping you for a "safety check" why are they running your license and registration.
mickeydee23 It will help give a picture of the person like if they had mental issues or if they are ordered by the court to comply with searches as a part of probation. It sounds like she has experienced this multiple times.
findme I haven't found any mental issues on my driver license, where do you look?
Rationalizations don't make illegal detentions any more legal.
findme I believe that 5tevef has a valid point. What would an arbitrary violation of someone's 4th Amendment Rights get the officer? As far as I can see, looking at my license, there is no annotation regarding my mental faculties.
mickeydee23 It will show if you were ordered to do something by the courts.
mickeydee23 it’s there job to! it’s protocol dumbass
Land of the free? You gotta laugh!
do you think these cops really care about you'r safety?
Of course they don't. Cop's choose their careers for the same reason as everyone else; themselves. They are appealed by being in a constant state of power without hardly any effort to get there or maintain it. They thought to themselves, "eh, driving around in an air conditioned cop car won't be so bad. The guns will be cool I'm sure, and I can get paid for harassing anyone I want... but most importantly when the time comes or the feeling arises I can assault innocent civilians without adequate punishment. Man this'll be the life!"
And that is how a cop is born...
Quantum Leap bro stfu
Howlinblind Muddyslim, no they could care less. They are there to make an arrest in any way possible.
Jon anderson they are not arresting her. Their job is protect and serve. They are making sure she isn’t taking pills and driving
@@DJtheDistraction they arnt there to protect or serve anyone but the town/city/county they work for. Supreme count has even ruled cops are under no obligation to save or protect anyone. They are there to generate revenue nothing more.
I'm not the type to be a pc warrior .. but that whole calling here dear & girl even got under my skin
@TheChosenOne yea but they are Rawww
TheChosenOne he calls people dogs and donkies too lol
"I'm documenting for a documentary."
Hahahahahahahaha.
What is that supposed to mean anyways like... shitty documentary...
Brian Rock A
"Dear" and "Girl"? Is this how we speak to female citizens when they are stopped. Very disrespectful in the interaction.
mickeydee23
Who gives a fuck
LOLOL
I don't see how this is disrespectful if my grandma or grandpa said that I wouldn't be offended, or my au t, my friends aunt. I think some old people just are used to saying these things
Autumn Sunshine ok but those are people you know, i wouldn’t be comfortable with old men calling me that, but it’s your opinion hun.
@bop sop looool triggered "men" on here who probably drink breast milk from cows.
Why would the young lady give up her rights so willingly? I wounder what the bills is going to be when the medics check her out?
Sara Nightingale
How long did it take for the paramedics to get there. The city would be responsible for the bill.
I *wonder** what the *bill** is going to be
they are abusing her and lying and she is playing right into their lying manipulative crap
When they called you "girl" was a sign to you to invoke your 4th and 5th! You tried to be cooperative but they were gathering evidence with each word you spoke. In my experience a man calling an adult women girl is a tell/tale sign they are many things and a good person is not one of them!
Rampant LibertyWatch yes because a man who calls a woman girl must be what? A psycho? Your an idiot...
it's not gender specific. if i called a grown man "boy" it's JUST as demeaning and will get you knocked the fuck out
She did such a fantastic job! 👏🏽 I love how cool and concise she was. Another Urban Hero!!!
Never agree to have vitals checked, you're going to get a hefty bill for it.
Richard Rauhecker not true!! Vitals checks are free. It’s only when you leave the scene and transported to hospital.
yup you talked way too much. offered way too much as well
Travis Fox She's playing them.
Travis Fox - she hit them with kindness n it stun them. he's probably thinkin' dah, wasn't expectin' this, what now. dah
Travis Fox complying calmly I would say and this could have went sideways if she didn’t you twat
She was mentally controlling the situation.
They were at an impasse and had no idea how to behave.
5.5 months on most academies to become a cop, 2 yrs in SC to become a Paralegal, 4 yrs to become a lawyer, 1.5 yrs to become a barber (to include all the training required), At least one year to become an apprentice welder, At least one year to become an apprentice pipe layer (get your mind out of the gutter - I do mean physical pipes that carry water in houses), At least one year to get your A/P Aircraft Power plant license [first hand knowledge], etc... Many more occupations have a longer time to become a cop when compared. All except a cop require more training then a cop. Yet, the cop has the gun, tin badge, and State provided costume to kill, arrest, and imprison you.
One would think that a profession that has the authority to kill, arrest, and or imprison you should have a much longer time period of training. One would think that said profession would have more time to train them. But, more professions have much more stringent requirements then becoming a cop. Most require an IQ above 105. Most want an IQ above 105. but, cops do not want an IQ above 105.
It is any wonder that PDs are full of potential idiots. Add to this that SCOTUS has ruled that PD can intellectually discriminate (IQs between 95 and 105 - if over 105, you are to intelligent to become a cop).
david giles 4 years to become a lawyer? lol not sure where you've been but I've seen it done in a year.
Michael Marquez
It can be done in a year. But, the majority of the time it does take three to four years. yes, some have done it in a year. Apparently you missed the point I made. All those professions took more time to be accredited. All the professions require an IQ above 105. All the professions do not have the power of arrest, to kill you, or both. Yet, 5.5 months and you can put a person (who's IQ is between 95 and 105) on the street with a gun, tin badge, and costume.
david giles Where do you come up with this IQ bs

Not in America it does take 2-4 years
Do you have a copy of the report that states they believe you were delusional that you would be willing to link to here, please?
I love a woman like this. Stays calm and collective. But best off, takes control of the situation with a nice lil sass, talkin bout, “here can you can take these bags up for me”.. putting these men to work as they should.! Way to go mama.!
That’s right, keep the cameras rolling! One day we’ll realize Us vs Them is not a matter of RACE 🤔
You should sue. This is what policing for profit looks like. This is what has happened to law enforcement.
I would love to see your full length documentary when it comes out!
What came of this clear violation of your rights? Your right to be secure of your person, place and affects? Please foia a copy of the dash cam.
findme what is your reasoning for thinking that
Oxley Gaming A few reasons. She repeatedly volunteers a UA. A lot of people don't know what that is unless they have been through the courts or a facility.
It appears as though she is very familiar with the facility that she was just at.
If you watch her other videos you will see where I am also coming from
I know about it because my factory used to test us.
David Harkins You don't have to go thru the courts to know what a U.A. is, it could be she has a job that requires you to pass one before you are hired. I have a job that @ any time of day, they can ask for one, if I refuse I'm fucked.
DUHH... Any one that is not a zombie knows what a UA. is. In her shoes I'd ask for one so they could pay for it. I would also FOIA the original call info.
Thank God you were recording this
No, we don't live in a police state at all.
Standing there with his hand on his gun as though he's waiting for Matt Dillon walking down Main Street in Dodge City.
they referred to you as Dear and Lady and Hon. How about CITIZEN?
+Parker B - _Sir_ or _Ma'am_ are considered courteous ways for police to address a private person in this situation... dear, lady and hon are *NOT*. How do you think these condescending pricks would react if she were to call them *PIG* instead of _Officer..._ which she can legally do by the way.
In the Pueblo Combined Courts ALL the judges call the citizens "customers" and outwardly state that they are running a judicial business.
*PIGS* get shit because they treat the people they're supposed to serve with (at best) disdain, contempt, and as criminals. You want respect *PIG*? Fucking earn it with your actions.
TheUnmercifulOne amen brother/sister
Semper paratus 👍🏻
A cop calls me Dear or girl they would be picking their teeth of the floor, it's disrespectful, they damn sure would have called a man Sir.
The bitch in the Corner I know! It burns my fanny when a man I don't know calls me dear or something 🔥
I'm liking this woman she putting them to work. Officer can you do this officer can you do that 🤣🤣🤣
Never volunteer for a test. PERIOD.
Is taking pills illegal ?
Totaro17 They are doing a health check on her. Most likely a friend or loved one called the police because they thought she was suicidal.
That could be anyone for anything.
NO actually from the horses mouth this was a conspired organized crime to hurt me deliberately. The two caustic woman who reported on me were asked to by Joe Wodiuk my abuser. All to ploy a falsity or fabricated need for mental illness treatment.
heidi wodiuk say what? You sound like you need some help. You need to get checked out again.
No *while taking ecstasy*
Don't talk to the cops and don't offer to take any kind of test. They're not there to help you in any way; they're there to find some reason to throw your ass in jail and fine you. Invoke your 5th amendment right to remain silent. Oh, and keep your door locked and your window barely cracked.
He couldn't even stand without the support of the car door.
This video should serve as an example of what _not_ to do. Every piece of information given to the cops, such as admitting taking ibuprofen etc etc., leads in only one direction: it helps them to create reasonable suspicion, which they will later develop into probable cause for arrest. Anything you say can _only_ be used _against_ you, never the other way around. And if you watch the body language of the cop near the car door, you will notice that he does not even listen. They have very narrow goal, to build an arrest. They are not interested in anything else. And wouldn't ever tell who reported you, no way for that.
Talking too much.
get off her door dude
TheFubz I was thinking the same 🤔
I hate when anyone leans on my door.
Especially a fat hog like that? She probably had to go in for an alignment the next day.
they had nothing and she should have told them to present a warrant. someone saying they saw something is not probable cause.
It annoys me when I see officers or anyone lean on the car door. I always wonder if they would care if it was done to them.
More proof that cops have nothing better to do.
PLEASE. Look at her channel. It explains a lot.
Brinx Explains a lot doesn't it.
holy shit, poor thing is a lunatic
swear to god all women would be like this if they didn't have men to make them keep their insane bullshit to themselves
Oh, damn, she's crazy!
Anony Ninja but she's not wrong.
This is where "see something say something" has gotten us
What does a drivers license, registration and insurance have to do with taking pills?
What's with the ua request? Kind of odd to tell a cop, I'm sure I'm missing something here.
Gunnie G pee test urinary drug test
She is saying iam not on drugs or alcohol
Fishing expedition woohoo
Is there any updates on this?
I like how calm this woman was
Three words harassment
They said you were delusional and insane to justify their action to prevent them getting their asses sued off.
You should have refused to cooperate, said nothing and forced them to arrest you...then sue the ass off them but that is the problem. Most are afraid to challange police knowing there is a good chance you will be arrested and taken to jail.
The dirty cops know this and use it to intimadate most into cooperating.
'Dear', 'Girl'! How disrespectful can he be.
I understood that her 'wellbeing' was not their concern.
Nick Turner you fucking sjw idiot
MadmanServices .. The Supreme Court or 'a' Supreme Court has ruled that a persons 'welfare' or 'safety' is of no concern to a policeman and cannot be used as a pretext to get information.
The way the cop addressed her is very condescending.
What is 'sjw'?
People who call on others like this are what I call drive-by heroes. They look for reasons to call 911, and make stuff up to fill in the blanks, trying to make things appear worse, so they can be the big hero.
This is a weird one
eating while driving is illegal in Texas. Its in the yellow book
No it's not
Malcolm D Williamson ITS IN THE YELLOW BOOK BUDDY
Please tell me what Yellow book you are talking about
Malcolm D Williamson drivers handbook. Its like talking on the phone. the state doesn't believe u can do more than travel while driving with out being distracted
So as I said it's not illegal per state law
There's more to this than meets the eye
This is just soo amazing,I feel soo protected and safer now knowing these fine upstanding gentlemen want to protect us all. 🤮
Really? Someone cared about you and called cops so that you were safe? There is no candy involved. You should rename the title to what this really is which is checking to see if you're suicidal.
Dumb title to your video..
What state is this?
That girl knows, she's smart.
These cops were perfect, they cared about her health and safety. Completely calm, and done their jobs.
Stork Clips Cops are not legally obligated to be concern about our health or safety as determined by the Supreme Court
Its being a Good person the the society. Would you like someone to care for you when you attempt to suicide? Supreme Court does nothing about Good Samaritans cops or not. It is about doing the right thing and protecting each other.
Its not about loving the cops or not, you got to have some sense of decency. If not, where would it advance society?
Bro, are you fucking stupid?
You should have got that cop for sexual harassment when he called you sweetie and girl.
Absolutely. Don't take no condescending quips from a cop. tell them to address you in a respectful manner with proper terminology.
that's more gender harassment than sexual .
242proPRODUCTIONS your in the UK where cops dont kill people all the time and the shop owner isn't payed by my money these police are.
This is not the UK.
Gregorio Bell that's not sexual harassment
Did they come up to you to perform a stop or were they responding to a call that "Someone called to".....
girl is absolutely crazy. got to love all these "cop experts" that have no CLUE how the law works.
She's at a drug rehab. That she was just released from. Of course they're going to check. U were just there for abusing drugs an now ur back for a friend who is also abusing. It's not harassment. Wldnt u want them to do this for u or ur kid if they were in there and potentially had someone bringing them more drugs. U may have been doing nothing wrong but u were just a resident who they know had a drug problem. Ur worried about ur friend then u shld b happy they are making sure no one brings him anything that shldnt b there. Jus sayin
NOPE No drugs what so ever. This is ONLY a human trafficking ploy for state water. Look up the USA water take plan
Daniel Johnson ironically, being unlawfully detained by three men with guns for taking prescribed meds is enough to stress a recovering addict enough to cause them to have a relapse. Great work, cops.
They weren't concerned with what she was bringing as that would be checked by the admissions staff either way. They were allegedly concerned with her actions mainly that she may have taken something, which cannot be proven or disproved. Additionally even if she was 'discharged' she is no longer a patient and not under any obligation to comply with any such requests they had.
senta ukrai To be fair, she may be under some sort of court order.
ThatGuy182545 Thats not impossible. However i heard nothing to support that. If she was im 100% positive it would be mentioned if she was.
Tell him sure you can call EMS if you're going to pay for it.
I had no idea! I just ate some candy while driving today!
I'm guessing this woman is attractive? So many cops harassing her...
And what was the outcome?
Gheez, she sounds like she always needs to speak to the manager. What a pain.
Dang they brought out the whole goon squad
Wow this was a while ago but is very disturbing that these cops stopped her, she clearly alert oriented in no emotional distress except for being accused of being suicidal. It would be interesting to know the outcome including who made the call.
Right. Who would call because they observe you taking pills?
Guys, ignore the title, this is clearly a health/wellness check. Most likely a friend or loved one called the Police and told them you're suicidal. I would do what the Police say, in this case.
I think as a citizen we should be able to request that a cop go thru drug test and if they are even using steroids or worse, lock there ass up and throw away the key.
Bobby French
Ha! Good luck with that
The people who wanna legislate drug testing for welfare recipients never wanna be subject to the same standard
Go figure
I always figured Mike Ditka was actually a cop.
Police need to be held accountable for "anonymous" tips. To say they were tipped off is not good enough. Anyone can say that. I would tell the police I got a tip that you were just harassing me and I should file charges for stalking and harassment.
YES YES YES Dennis I agree with cops being held accountable.
Calling a police on someone is like death sentence
Some background to this story might give us some context....
Is there any follow up ?
What's the outcome ?
Tough guy with his arm on her door, really fucking pleased with himself, got uncomfortable really fast when she started talking to him.
Here's some $80k legal advice. NEVER TALK TO THE COPS. THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU, EVER WORD YOU SAY WILL BE MISQUOTED AND AGAINST YOU.
Every Police officers should be evaluated and audited (live camera at all times), every week.. I wouldn't mind paying taxes for the company that does the evaluating (trusted by the people and for the people).. we must have a balanced core to have a balanced society...
This woman's word is just as good as the caller .she denied it they have no proofs she did
One cop says you are guilty. Other cop says to prove your innocence. And so it goes
Great work cops, you have made me feel safe now.
That cop looks like the Yelp guy from storage wars
He called you "Dear", and "Girl". smh Tell him to hold off on eating.
The emperor issued order 66
Did they charge you for the people to come check your vitals?
Excuse me officer, could you please not lean in my car door.
I love how the cop casually leans against the car door like he's not making sure it stays open. Sneeky cops.
I'm documenting for the lawsuit.
What happens next ?I know it was 5 years ago
There has to be more to this story. Police in the US don't simply pull you over for something as frivolous as taking a pill while driving. They generally have far more important matters to attend to.
I love how the there's three or four police officers here for this woman
Where is the rest?
No follow up?
Most Documentaries go into more detail.
I would gave liked to see how this played out
You realize this would have been over a lot sooner if you just offered them some candy.
