Police stops me while jogging then handcuffs me

- Just doing my daily jog after school then this old geezer begins to follow me but does not honk at first. So I started recording for my safety. After he handcuffed me and stopped the video from recording he put me inside his vehicle and made me answer all his question, what's your name, where do you live, what school you go to. Then on his radio they add another description that the suspect was wearing a blue sweat shirt and black pants....I had on a black hoodie with blue shorts......

So this was taken place in Houston Texas, north bammel houston. after he released me i called my mother and told her everything that just happened while i was walking to my house.
Cop -> Jogger: You fit the description of a robbery suspect
Meanwhile, the robber is getting away.
The fact that he states that the youth matched the description and then had to ask for the description a minute later… corrupt af
“Ima light your ass up” great way to talk to a 17 year old minor (as a certified officer to PROTECT AND SERVE the community).
The reason why I did not trust this guy I'm the beginning was because once he came out of his patrol car he pulled out his tazer, which intimidated me.
When he got out of the car he says “you match the description i have”. 1 minute later he asks them if they have a description of the robber 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤔🤔🤔🤔
the cop asked NOTHING about his whereabouts, instead, asked him what school he goes to (?), you have to write a complaint and seek legal advice, this stinks of misconduct
When you hire anybody that walks through the door and don't do psychological evaluations you get police officers like this

He stops him under the pretext that he fits the description of a robber, then asks his colleagues if they have a description of the robber wtf.
"You fit the description" "I need to get a description" Real smooth officer.
There's no law requiring you to have an ID. I guess he's never heard of the 4th or 5ht amendment.
If he was a robber, he would try to hide and not go jogging on the sidewalk.

This whole stop pissed me off. When he shut the phone off I was so irate with this thug. Glad you made it out.
His good ol’ boy accent instantly made me indignant.
There is no "ID" law.
