Her space is so calming. Her voice is calming as well. Her space is delicate & feminine. My favorite part of her home is the bathroom.
do a "what $850 will get you anywhere" version lol. I would love to see you guys maybe show how to make a cheap, broke place look nice without big bucks because most of us are struggling out here lol

I just treated myself to a bed set that is a beautiful blush pink and it’s such a beautiful calming color. Also I had wanted something pottery barn for years ❤️
I really love how she organized her space and was able to create "rooms" in her studio apartment. Also, the color palette she chose makes her home seem so relaxing and inviting!

Oh this is a beautiful space. A little cramped but the way she designed it really helped. The sheer curtains as a divider is so genius 😫

I really love her aesthetic! She makes the small space looks so cozy and classy
her whole aesthetic is wonderful and relaxing. Definitely can tell she’s into her family, pink, and a plant mom. 😍❤️
I loved everything about Samantha’s space. Each piece was thoughtfully placed in her home. I love how minimalistic, practical and comfortable it is! My favourite part must be the bathroom because I feel like it’s a special oasis!
PS: yes to another amazing Toronto home!
I almost rented that exact layout at the same building but could not figure out how to make it flexibly liveable (which did very well).

It's a sewing box but using for jewelry is a great idea. We have three in our house right now all from thrift stores ; I'm so pleased she didn't pay 200 🤯 I'm definitely implementing the corks in a vase idea ❤️

I was like whaaaaa...what does she pay for rent!!!!???? But then this is our city and it's hella ridiculous. Love those sheer curtains.....very calming.

I feel like she may be overpaying for a studio...thought prices for one bedrooms had dropped to $1750-$1800 since last March? But maybe fashion district is still a bit higher?

She isn’t overpaying at all. For $2000 2 hours north you get a geugy basement in someone’s house with ZERO amenities (fire pit area, pool, GYM in condo etc) it’s actually a fair deal i think ,which is sad :(

Love the way she decorated for such a small space. It does pain me a bit though to know I live around here and paying way less for a one bedroom. It's not a condo building though so I can see how the amenities add to the price.

This is wonderful and this is a great price this size is wonderful it is not small like a lot of studios. I've seen before in the past with other shows. And I'm in Michigan so Toronto is less than a 5 minute to get to.
LOVE that jewelry box - I think they’re styled after a sewing box (makes it even cooler for her). I bought one in Poland and brought that clunky thing back it’s one of my favorite things on my dresser (also used for jewelry). I also love that her own art (and that of her niece!) is on the wall and made for certain spaces.
Its actually quite spacious for a studio apartment and its very nicely decorated.
