Max is the epitome of what it means to be the ultimate scrapper. Anyone who's from Hawai'i, Waianae and Nanakuli side specifically, knows exactly what that mindset is like. He's definitely making us all proud.
Waianae is the west side right? I went to Oahu and I loved it. My good friend from Iraq is John Enriquez and I met his wife when we went there. She was a Police officer there named Tiffany Enriquez that was killed on Duty several years ago. Beautiful woman in every way.

Such an awesome Humble guy. even Maxs Losses NEver set him back. when he fought Porier his stock just rose, he leaves it all in there. Fighting Heart for Life max has. when he became a dad was when he went on that crazy win streak. Frickin awesome. hes Driven for the right reasons and god bless him for not getting caught up in Meth as His family had struggled with, it would have been to easy for him to resort to that. now we see the Father he is is definatly the Father he wishes he had growing up. hes Carving his own path instead of Following in his abusive Upbringings footsteps, max is Stopping That Cycle and his future family and current family will have a Great role model

This was awesome however the idea that Max is defensively responsible and doesn't put himself in bad positions is just flat out wrong. Man has the most strikes absorbed in UFC history. Even in his domination over Kattar he absorbed over 100 strikes.
I would still argue That Max's is worse than Tony's. Again, so many strikes absorbed. Tony actually has fantastic head movement compared to a lot of people let alone Max 'head glued to the center' Holloway.

The only thing you said during this entire thing that I disagree with is that tony has less offensive depth. Defensive depth 100% but tony in his winning streak was a man that was horrifying offensively. With a lacking defense.

Holloway's toughest opponent has always been the judges. He has definitely lost a couple that seemed like he won. Max vs Volk 2 comes to mind

Wow! Great docu! Saw some old footage that I haven't seen before. Max has a great way of hyping up a fight and always been a class act after the fight! Did you see when he met Yair Rodrigues after the fight when Yair was in the ambulance??? Class act! He's rasing his son, Rush in the right way!

Was stationed in Hawaii, and grew up around LA area, so I can definitely attest to the damage meth causes people and families. It's amazing that Max was able to succeed so greatly after growing up in that environment.
