Using the NEW Nanlite Projection Mount + Forza 300B / Commercial Behind the Scenes

I got the opportunity to use the Nanlite Forza 300B with the NEW 19 degree Projection Mount from Nanlite on a recent mini-commercial I filmed for my production company, Red Creative Films.
I bounced it into a white bounce-card to serve as my keylight, motivated from the window light. I also used the Nanlite 2 foot Pavotube II 15X as a hairlight/backlight, motivated from the lamp behind him.
The idea behind the mini-commercial was to feature someone searching for good local production companies, getting frustrated and (a little) angry because he can't find one he likes. Music builds until I pop out of nowhere and tell him to stop stressing and go to redcreativefilms.com

Great video, what’s the benefit of bouncing a light compared to just having a softbox with the light behind it on the spot where the bounce card was?

Is that the same projection mount that goes onto the Forza 60B? Also, is that the projector that can imitate vfx such as windows, bushes, trees, etc. by inserting some kind of scrim?

Similar! But much more heavy duty. This one is the 19 degree and is made for the Forza 300 and up. It does have a slot to drop in various gobo filters as well 👌🏻
