- World-renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson owns 13 restaurants around the world, including the world-famous Red Rooster in Harlem. During the pandemic, Samuelsson partnered with his long-time friend Jose Andres to turn his restaurants into food kitchens and help communities in need. Today, he continues to use his privilege as a celebrity chef to promote diversity. At his new restaurant Hav & Mar in New York City, he creates a space for female chefs of color to succeed.
