A really good guy started in Sweden and made him self known then left for the real challenge in NYC.
I guess any theme is a good theme… not sure what it has got to do with food but sure.
When will restaurants start an environmental certification like LEED for kitchens, with so much water, gas, and agriculture involved this is so should have been done.
