MST2 VW: Radio Station Database (RSDB) logo update

- Radio Station Database logos (#RSDB) update in Volkswagen MIB2 Standard (#MST2) main units like Composition Media and Discover Media. This update is free and can be downloaded via mib-helper.com link.
Press and hold MENU button for 3 seconds to enter hidden menu, go to Software Updates/Versions and check your current SW Train. Now go to mib-helper.com/ and type in your SW Train, press "Go!" and you will see links to available update packages. Scroll down to RSDB updates, download the package, extract it, copy the content to an empty SD card and go back to the car.
Place the SD card in the main unit, again press and hold MENU button, go to Software Updates/Versions, press Update, select SD card as source of the update package, and follow the onscreen guide.
You unit will reboot 3 times in total. After that you can remove the SD card, again go to hidden menu, and check if the #update history contains RSDB update procedure.

Bei Seat Leon kann ich keine neuen Senderlogos einspeichern. Die Entwickler müssen doch daran gedacht haben, wenn neue Rundfunksender gegründet werden (gerade bei DAB) wie kommen dann die Logos ins Radio. Scheinbar war Homoffice wichtiger als das Produkt. VW ist ja bei einer IT Firma jetzt eingestiegen weil es die eigenen Leute nicht gebracht haben. Mal sehen ob sich was ändert

Hello, I do on my unit (MST_EU_VW_P9122D) with le 1.10.40 version but now all stations logo are empty. What can I do?
There’s an easy fix. I will try to cover it in one of next videos.
I answer my own problem. You have to make a long press on the empty logo of each radio saved as a favorite and the logo reappears

No. Just normal maps.

Should work. try with different SD card or USB drive.
