Catching Weight with the Muscle

- Want to make an exercise as hard as possible?? “But why Cris………” because we are bodybuilding.
That is the entire premise of this video. In order for your arms to fill every bit of that weight, we must spend a split second in the fully stretched as well as the fully contracted.
This is what I mean by, “catching the weight.” When you press down into contraction, stop that load right on the target muscle. Do NOT just rush out of the contraction and on to the next rep as you are losing valuable time under tension here.
Again, this isn’t to be done on EVERY exercise, but a technique to call upon when wanting a massive pump.

I've been holding the bottom and top (with less weight) for almost 6 months now, and it's added 6 lbs of muscle to my aged frame. This stuff works! The hardest part is getting the ego out of the way until one realizes that this is MUCH harder than throwing around heavier weights without deliberate movement.
