@@big_drip both do. any exercise does but pull ups are one of the best exercises for getting stronger.
@@big_drippush-ups do sort of work too, but once those get easy you should go to a pull up bar and practice getting at least 10 in a row. after you’re good at 10 pull ups, add weight, and then from there you’ll just build more and more muscle and get way better looking
