    3. Prepare for Sleep - Cold Shower, Lukewarm Milk, Meditation, Soothing Music, etc.
    4. Avoid Keeping Head to North, Sleep on the Left Side (promotes digestion)

      @Neeharika M i don't mind helping her at all but she has to do things that i cant do at 3am, and as i can't cook, but i can do cleaning and stuff but then my grandma just don't want me to do that coz apparently she doesnt like how i do chores, and my mom is on medication for her mental health so that affected her sleep and she just can't sleeo at night so she wakes up early and she sleeps in afternoon, so what can i do about that and i am only 13 so what else do you expect out of a 13 year old (jk tho)

    Everyone please keep a bowl of water in front, back and balcony of your house...due to summer heat many birds and animals are dying... please..this is my kind request to everyone 🙏
    If possible please put some grains and little bit of fruits in a plate to them.....even a small amount of watermelon makes them feel good... PLEASE DO THIS TO SAVE THEM..
    Note: Before serving any food to birds .. please give a check in internet whether the food you serve is save for them... because apple seeds ,salt r highly dangerous food for them...so pls give a check...
    Every birds n animals going to die one day but it's our responsibility to make their living days good.... it's in our hand🙏..so please do this🙏

    I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.

    I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to.     Guys.... I wake up early at 5 am and believe me I feel so calm and fresh.... morning time 4 to 6 am is just amazing.... I even wake up early on Saturday and sunday and its amazing....even if you wake up early and start work with laptop for office work it gets finished in just 1 hour which will take 4 hours after 9 am

    I have started watching a series and just because that episodes get uploaded each day at 6 am, I wake up exactly at 5:30 even without alarm... motivation has changed me, from waking up at 11:00 am to waking as early as 5:30... it's a great transformation 😁

    I tried this 🥲 by keeping my alarm in kitchen and I sleep in bedroom but these days my body automatically wakes up,goes to kitchen,turns the alarm off and goes back to sleep by iteself
    FUNFACT-I dont even remember when the hell i turned it off...
    Edit-My mom wakes up by hearing my alarm and I go back to sleep and my mom be like "AM I JOKE TO YOU"

      @Look Gorgeous as he said - one needs a good reason to wake up early. Find that anchoring reason. Simply getting up early will not inspire.

    When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

    When I try to wake up early, most of the times I don't get proper sleep. Disturbed sleep means I can't get up early. The cycle continues.

      Finding out the exact reason for disturbed sleep could help you break the cycle. Or it could be anxiety (i mean the medical one) that doesn't allow you to sleep when you have plans of waking up early.
