      Thanks, man. Yeah, I added the music just to see how people like it. Hoping it makes the videos an little better. Still working on a way to capture the board sounds more appropriately

      @@wiggpickle I'm sure spending another $400-500 isn't a great solution but this is one of the reasons I chose gopromax over insta. Gopromax has 3 big speakers on it to capture the sound quality better.

    Hey Heath! Been a minute. Looking good. What bearings do you like to use in your high end boards that gives you all the speed and range? Many say ceramics are a waste on an Eboard but I'm not too sure about that.
    ...also do you know any tricks in getting rid of the little play/wobble in bearings? No matter how tight I tighten there's still a little slight play. Is that usually a bearing defect? Or maybe my hubs need replacement (I doubt that) I like a solid feel when riding. Eliminating as much rattle as possible.
    Preesh! Be safe out there 🤙

    I am a long boarder too and people don’t know how fast we are actually going so if you see a longboard be careful!

    Crazy fast. I’m ridding a Nazare with belt drive and getting 30mph.. wonder if it’s my settings .

    • @wiggpickle
      @wiggpickle  Před 2 lety +2

      The most important factor there would be gearing. I presume you're using 16t motor pulleys. Switch to 18t or 20t for top speeds of 36 and 40 MPH, respectively.

      @@wiggpickle is there a major drop in torque or off line acceleration when you change to a 20 tooth sprocket?? But awesome vlog man! 45mph is fast! That's what's up,, how is your mileage when you go fast like that?

  • @patrickmcevoy1776
    @patrickmcevoy1776 Před 2 lety +1

    I feel comfortable peaking at 40-42 but not sustain lol especially on roads I'm not familiar with. I realize you don't use any light in the front nor rear?

    • @wiggpickle
      @wiggpickle  Před 2 lety +2

      It all starts from somewhere. I remember trying to hit 40 for the longest time. Now 50 feels slow on a nice road. Yeah, I have this board setup pretty bare-bones. No devega, metr, lights, etc. I just need it simple and fast

  • @68at97
    @68at97 Před 2 lety +1

    have you ever been hit by a car or ever had any close encounters? I doubt many of the cars see you coming.

    • @wiggpickle
      @wiggpickle  Před 2 lety

      I've close encounters, but never been hit. It's a lot easier to predict what a driver will do if he doesn't know I'm there in many situations. Pev's still spook a lot of people in traffic, so I try to come and go before they know I'm around.
