It’s up to us like and subscribe and share!
Tom Dixon we are pulling for him to get a million subscribers.
Because its totally not an act for CZcams
He's got over a hundred videos, that's a lot of faking. Just lost his job but no, he's pretty genuine.
You should get yourself a flatbed. Then I can watch Jr tow.
underrated comment.
How about lowriders?
@@guremi_ I'd watch JR Low ;)
If he rapped, you could watch JR Flow. If he gardened, you could watch JR Hoe. If he got radioactive, you could watch JR glow.
@@hiram1115 if he was a pimp it's would be JRHOES and it wouldn't be on CZcams lol
JR: You will never have to worry about money. You could open a repair shop tomorrow and be packed with business. Your attitude and incredible understanding of what you're doing is your value.
love your attitude. You are like Hoovie (without the constant complaints) + wizard rolled into one
Hoovie is eccentric, light hearted and connects with the viewer. Jon has a dry mundane personality which is painful to watch out of 1st gear. Watch his cringy "boomer" Corvette in Monterrey video and his attempt at humor, absolutely terrible, and as a result had 60%+ down-votes
Yea he even made me watch a full video about a Geo Tracker that i would normally find boring to watch but he made theses videos in a way that it is very interesting to watch even if you not a mechanics
"Did you clean the sink out"
"No"
"My kids eat out of that sink" xD
sirgallium 😂
Be careful, the oil filter on these models is not the same as Impreza's - part number 15208AA024. It's slightly different. A colleague in a Subaru parts dept assumed it was without checking and supplied the wrong filter. the tech didn't check either. I happened to out of curiosity and immediately informed the tech and supplied the right filter. Might've led to extensive engine damage.
Thanks, for sharing your knowledge.
I was happy to see the Subaru got some attention.

I saw your SVX roll by my house, and remembered my love for them back in the day. Love the video output. Keep them coming!
Posting a video everyday....
We can definitely get into that
JR: "window regulatorrrrrrs!"
Everyone: "...mouuunt up!"
I keep waiting for Zach to say "Party on, Wayne!". 😆
also on the subject of a detail... that steering wheel is absolutely screaming for a clean
Wooo, you’re not kidding 💦
Finish one project at a time and sell it! I love seeing projects finished in a few videos rather than back and forth. Keep doing what you do, trust the process!
You need to put more ads on your videos man, you deserve all of that YT$$$$
Damn right he does
cnsln_memphis eh, I don’t love midroll ads, I’d rather work directly with sponsors and spare you guys the interruptions 🍻
John Ross is always killing it, especially with these daily uploads. Can’t wait for future projects, keep it coming.
Your wipers are in "winter" position. See rocker switch above your left shin under dash to change their park position. Long time owner of two, a '94 and a '97. Love these cars.
Having a soft spot for these era Subies, I am glad to see her coming along. Please please wanna see Thomas do a detail on this car! 🙌
I always liked his vids but when I saw he gets parts from j&j I liked him even more. I live 10 minutes from their yard and they are my go to. Always friendly and fair. So cool seeing a local business on yt. Thanks for all the vids kinda want to buy that tracker lol
The last time I was this early...
John Ross had a job.
😂 true!

He has gig, he's a content creator. 👍
I've had his playlist running in an incognito window (due to the normal adblocker) since Hoovie announced his unemployment. I'm sure I've contributed nearly a quarter by now.
where u USA john ros ?
If only Tavarish could finish projects this quickly 😂
To be fair Tavarish chooses projects that have been burned down and are complete messes.
Tavarish knows that moving at a glacial pace brings in the coin
I kinda wish I could make more videos per project, but at the same time I want less projects so I can work in my garage 🍻
@@WatchJRGo having access to a hoist would definitely make a huge difference in the pace and depth of your repair projects.
SomeBigFatGuy yes it would!
I like how you work on a variety of cars and you get things done! You earned my sub
I have 2 SVX one fixed with various parts from other Subaru's running. The other I'm working on transmission swap getting it a 98 outback trans along with the differential I really like my svx`s. Good job on your Subaru well taken care of.😄😁
Anyone agree there is never a boring video to found on this channel? thank you!.
Always look forward waiting on a new episode never fail on your great work and positive outlook on fixing your cars.
Love this video! Magpul shirt, WatchJRMow, Tractors, Subarus, REGULATORS, blowtorch, soldering, what more could you ask for?!
Missing Amber in your shows. Amber was a great help to your shows, please more Amber please...
Dont be creepy, dude
probably some indian dude with a fake profile name and pic lmao.
I'm enjoying the more frequent videos. Need a shirt that says "What is going on, guys?!"
Feel your pain on window regulators. These old Jeep Grand Wagoneer regulators use plastic tracks to lift the window. I had to fix one 3 times in a month. Glad to see the 90’s Subaru used the metal lifter vs plastic. Best of luck with the channel going forward!
You should start a baking channel and call it WatchJRDough
John Ross u got it. You deserve every success in here.
Anybody else wondering why Zach's kids are eating out of a sink? Let's get that man some plates and stuff for his family.
AJ 🤣
I know nothing about cars but watch every video because it's interesting and entertaining. Keep up the great content
Hello Mr J R Go I have only recently started to watch your channel and find it quite entertaining, that's enough of the posh talk just like to say is that you have a great channel it's the muts nuts as we say here over the pond sorry you got the gooner from your job been there myself but as I have found most times it's a blessing. Keep your pecker up sunshine I'm sure your in for one hell of a ride. Gary.... England 🇬🇧
Someone is going to get a nice, classic Subaru that now is in pretty good condition. Drove one of these a friend owned in college, it drove really nicely.
Its great that you post daily videos
It was info searches regarding SVX repair that brought me to JR's (& even Hoovie's) channels. I'll be sad when his SVX is gone. I was hoping to see someone else restoring/up keeping their SVX as try to do the same to my 97 SVX. (Owners are a very small, ever shrinking family.) I was also nice to see the relatively forgotten SVX get some "airtime", so to speak.
Still, the man has to eat so I understand the parting of ways. The channel has been great & I look forward to what comes next on WatchJRGo.
IIRC, you're supposed to be able to roll those windows down when it's raining and not get rain in the car. You're also supposed to be able to open them while you're driving and not get wet inside and also not be too loud. Seem to remember reading all of that in Car and Driver back in the day.
There's a great 70k SVX by my house, I need to purchase it. Happened upon your video and you've got a great vibe keep making car videos! Subscribbed
I love getting daily videos from you, John Ross! Thank you so much for all of your hard work 😓.
Mitchell Barnow thanks for watching Mitchell, working hard over here 💪
@@WatchJRGo You hard work really shows and we all really appreciate it!
Nice job ! Thanks for the vid. Good luck in the future !!! Best wishes always !
It's an annoying job sometimes, working inside car doors, but that SVX didn't look half bad. I got an old Volvo 240, it's not too bad, but had to change the window motor in a Mercedes E-class from the late 90s early 00s, not as much fun, had to youtube how to do it, on an early 00s VW New Beetle, I had to google where the screws were, as they hid them really well. And not to sound too cheesy... but thank you for your videos, I enjoy watching you work on old cars, sometimes it's more fun seeing an old more normal car get saved, over the supercar stuff, and it is somewhat inspirational to us normal folks with normal cars, to work on our own stuff. I've gone from the guy whining at my friends to help me fix my car, to becoming the guy that fixes my own car, and one of those that help the helpless whiner. :P Even done electrical stuff on my Volvo, cut the body to remove rust and weld in new bits, things I'd never imagine doing on my own before, and this channel, along with a couple others, is part of the reason I am doing it. So... thank you, and keep up the good work, hope that you'll manage to stay afloat with your videos now that you've become a full-time CZcamsr.
-Tommy, a random Norwegian viking.
Zac is so chilled out!
I need an SVX some day. I have an STi hatch as my daily, so no idea when or why I would drive an SVX, but they are so cool.
As always great work! I always use the soldering iron on the shrink...
Last time i was thi.... aw damn someone beat me to it...
Anywho great job on the videos, glad your channel has been blowing up lately!!!
My brother I had the 1970s version of the svx it was such a phenomenal little car fully loaded everything I mean and I found it it had not been driven it was up on blocks for about 4 years I put a new battery in it drain the fuel tank new fuel oil change and plugs and fired right up and I drove it to South Florida from Houston Texas no problems whatsoever just to let you know look up that 70's version of the sports car you got to love the way that looks
Hi John, I've been watching for a while now. Please tell Tyler Hoover that I came over to HIS channel from YOUR channel. I really enjoy your collaborations with Zach and Gabe. You are a nice bunch of young men. Best of luck to you.
I have been watching for a loooong time and am excited for you. Always loved your vids. Don't change. Although JRMow is hysterical.

They never sold that car here in my country, Chile.. Such a weird car, but seems amazing to ser them in your chsnnel. Thanks man!
Dang !! You jumped like 10,000 subs in 1.5 days man that is hilarious and amazing. Keep going !!!
I have had my 95 240sx for 9 years now but a sti 6 speed trans swapped svx is one of my bucket list cars
In my opinion, that is one thing that kept the SVX, which is a neat car in its own right from being even cooler- the availability of a manual transmission. I'd love to see someone swap one into one.
There are quite a few 5 & 6 speed swapped SVXs, if you check out SVX Nation on Facebook you’ll see a handful talked about.
Cant wait to fix my SVX up , i love this car , i might even buy another one , i got my first one for free , it needs some work but definitely fixable
Man that car just has a certain look to it I love it
Good to see this one getting what it needs- great video.
it's always crazy how much land you guys have out there. Here in LA that amount is worth tons of $$$$
Doing a great job keep on keeping on never miss a video!!
Tractors & Mowing are a big thing. Watch JRmow might be the way to go! Andrew Camarata's video on moving an overgrown field was posted about the same time as your Borrow an R8 video. In two days the mowing video has 285k views your R8's at 25k. ( Andrew is also a former IT guy)
I like how you correctly wire in a harness, solder and heat shrink. Not a fan of crimp connectors, or worse, wires twisted together and wrapped in electrical tape. I have skipped on buying cars that have had any bubba electrical work done to them
Awesome content for my sick day.
Your videos inspire me to keep restoring my 86 Fiero.
I literally love the fact that you’re daily posting now:)
Why anyone would fire a person as positive, patient and resourceful as JR just mystifies me....they must be jealous or clueless or both. Could have been a source for great publicity for their company.
Seeing your Subaru takes me back to when I had my '88 3 door Coupe with a 5 speed. It was like having my Jeep back from the army when I drove for my Lt. Luckily I got along great with the mechanics where I never opened the hood or put a drop of gas or water in it. People would be waiting in line to sign out their vehicles, they'd see me, throw me the keys and I'd be on my way, lol.
I cheated when I got my stereo for my '07 Galant. I changed it because one of the rear speakers were rattling of which I found a plastic connector lying on the speaker I couldn't find when I had the top of the speaker off. I got my JVC stereo w/speakers from Crutchfield and they, for $20 wired up a connector so I could just plug it in. I had to do a little fabricating but so much better than factory and for only $200. I got the 2 way rear speakers which Crutchfield said wouldn't fit but just had to take my Dremel and shave off some plastic off the inside of the speaker cover and fit nicely. Thanks for sharing.
I bought that '88 Subaru with 100,000 miles and sent it to the junk yard after 240,000 miles because the body had rotted out. I knew it was bad and was driving carefully until one day the rear of the car just sank, luckily at only 30mph and I heard a whirring noise behind me and when I looked back I could see the rear tire. Luckily I had been working on a '78 Nova to take its place. Had to do some bicycling for a week to get rides to work before I could register it.
Such a cool car. If only it had a manual transmission. A quick detail and the price goes up by $500. GL on the sale. What's the next project? Can't wait to see it.
I know this is coming in really late, but as a former SVX owner, I can tell you that a factory radio incorporates the security system. Your best bet is to put a factory radio (head unit). There should also be a genuine mohagany grain matching plastic panel that covers it, just like the the cover over the ash tray.
Now I just need J & J Auto Wrecking to send me a motor for my Impreza! :-)
I love this car. Glad it's back.
Jr no drum solo of ( in the air tonight) before fixing it I'am disappointed, lol especially after adding a new sound system. Keep the videos coming 112 k subs congratulations. Need a quick video of the Ducati ride before you sell it please. I believe it's a 1198 Ducati Jr let us know.
Dude you are finally doing good at CZcams
Since the Subaru is something you wanted for so long you may keep it
You should sell the Volvo fii
Turned out very well!
Keep em coming JR
Great video John
Svx is mostly fixed AND we got a glimpse of episode 2 of Watch JR Mow hashtag zero turn.
Ive had really good luck polishing glass with minor scratches. Bought kit from Eastwood and used 3M glass polish.
Just one more SVX problem to solve, that automatic gearbox! 😅 Also looking forwards to WatchJRTow, WatchJRRow and WatchJRSew. That and the Iron Butt/Saddle Sore 1000 on the Goldwing. 👍
Solve it by doing a 6sp manual conversion!
It can be replaced with a WRX one.
Iron Butt on the Helix.
Thomas Goldwing Ironbutt might happen tomorrow... Helix Ironbutt has been done by others and I don’t need that in my life 😛
@@WatchJRGo Godspeed! I have no doubt the Goldwing will relentlessly crush the miles, it just comes down to the soft, squishy bit operating the machine. 😊
Braun shoplight. I got one at HF when it was $20 special
These were technological marvels back in their day. Also first entry by Suburu into luxury type market They were 30k+ in 91-94.
Aye John Ross love the constant uploads keep it up. Next months adsense will be like 7.5. Also you should do a live stream Q&A with super chat enabled and a set up stream labs for donations. Do that once a week it’ll cover your full time pay you once had
You should plant a garden and then we could watch JR grow! Ok that sounded way better in my head!
I love to see you gained 13K in just few days.
Great video man enjoying the content.
watch jr mow... an instant classic
JR , love your content . If the money situation gets tight , you can always begin to do outsourced IT jobs at your convenience . Many companies would rather have you keeping their networks running rather than a full time IT guy . Will leave plenty of time for buying a basket case , repairing it and flipping for profit .
Switch your wipers to summer mode. There's a button for that under the dash.
MrSefe what does that do?

Great video! Cool car! How expensive is the SVX to work on compared to other cars? Are they fairly reliable? I may be thinking about picking up a 92...
You finger banging that switch like a kid at a toy store lol
Metra makes wiring harnesses for cut factory systems, restored my radio from my ssp that way
This is actually your very good video.
Sad to see the SVX go, I'd love to see e car modernised. Starting with a cheap but good looking double din head unit.
I'm the previous owner of that car. The rear drivers side window was replaced (not easy). It was running full Stebro exhaust at the time to eliminate the 4 cats. I'll bet you had an issue with the passenger door trim
I almost bought one once but the trans was shot. They have mad power!!!
PS I was thinking of how you got fired. One time I had just bought a pair of JBL speakers for about $400 and quit my job 2 days later. I was working with fiberglass making all kinds of stuff from chandeliers out of deer antlers, whirley gigs and other fun stuff. Just reached my limit. Quitting jobs seemed to come a bit easy to me after spending 4 yrs in the army infantry which I was conned into and hated yet met many very good people and went to some neat places like Panama for Jungle training and then to Germany for 18 mos.
Keep up the amazing work and thanks for the awesome content
Thanks Hayden! 💪
I love those cars, sad they r so rare!!! Love your videos
Smart man. Get out of that before the balsa wood tough transmission craps the bed! It does sound surprisingly snarky though. Flat 6 life!
You’ve done a great thing
Find a factory adaptor to fit the factory connector, they are easy to find. If you have trouble - let me know - often better DIN/ISO harness are found in Europe.
It's good to see cars finished on youtube for once ;-P
Is there some sort of scratch remover (similar to headlight lens renew) to clean up the window scratches? I'd replace the passenger regulator also, seems to lower slower than driver...
