I work on amazon fleets, got a 2020 with the key stuck in the ignition, and will not shift at all, and the key gets stuck, ive gotten the key out with the little manual over ride tab.
It felt to me like i had a key and/or tumbler issue, with it being an amazon van the guys are taking the keys in and out of the ignition 100+ times a day. Ill check this ground strap out, it'd be a small miracle if this is the problem. Thanks
