  • Michael's talk is a reflection of his life's journey, learning to be tough enough to be different, introverted, gay, never loosing the ability to feel, and celebration of differences.
He challenges us with the following questions: How are you encouraged or discouraged and affected to be the person you are today, and; what are you doing to encourage others to be all they can be.
Kick your shoes off and appreciate yours and everyone's differences to understand and learn to create more productive, and fulfilling personal and business relationships.
Michael is the lead facilitator for MBTI® Certification Program hosted by CPP, Inc-the exclusive publisher of the Myers-Briggs® assessment. He is sought internationally as presenter by the International Association of Career Management Professionals Global Conference, the National Career Development Association Conference, the Association of Psychological Type International Conference, and the International Career Development Conference. He has facilitated workshops in the United States, China, Russia, India, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.

He received his master's degree form Trinity University in clinical psychology, specializing in assessment and interpretation.

These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. I am an introvert too. I totally get it. And because I grew up in a family that fights a lot, I finally told them bluntly - many times - "I don't WANT to go out! I don't want to chit chat with people 10 pm at night!" They stopped fighting me after a while. Also, when you dreamed that Mrs. Duran encouraged you about this talk, that was REALLY her. Not just a dream. She came to you.
