Mainey itna lajwab masala nahin dekha kyunki traditionally biryani masala thoda alag hota hai per isme kuchh new ingredients milakar apney kamal kar diya.mainey aaj try kiya jo ki mujhey arsalan se bhi tasty laga, merey gharme biryani hamlog regular banatey hain aur bahot scarey youtuber ke farmula se banaya per aaj to Roza rakhney ke baad is trah ka test. Mujhey lagta hai aap bahot mehnat karti hain.hamlog khub bhi ghulab jal aur pure mitha atar bantey hain isliye apke recipe me pure GHULAB water aur pure mitha ITRA milney ke baad lazawab biryani bani. Yes u can skip that..just to add bit of sweetness & ofcourse that rich taste we add Mawa and malai...instead of that add 1/2 tsp sugar in lukewarm milk mix it up and use
