I have made short process biriyani and this long process biriyani. There is no question in my mind that this biriyani comes out so much richer so much more flavourful. I am making this (dol purnima 2023) for may be the 10th time. I know how happy my guests are going to be.

Super yammy soft and sliky biryani.with good aroma and included esssence.when you swallow you feel the softness of biryani with mouthwatering taste of hygenic.and first of all you have removed the grinded paste to avoid acidity and indigestion problem.this biryani is made of liquid masla and essence.good aroma i liked its unbelivable biryani. Avoid masala paste.use only
Masala liquid for good digestion.its better to eat more.and its good for health.
