Barbados is still beautiful and sunny, but the Corona virus cases are on the rise. Last year we had 7 deaths only and now we are at 20 since the start of the year. Even though that may only be a small number for such a tiny Island, it's 20 too much. Nevertheless our Government are doing a great job in fighting the cause and doing all in it's power to keep the economy stable.

I am in Botswana and I had an urgent assignment to do then I accidentally bumped on this video, then I could not pause it till to the end. And in the process, I could not hold my tears. Regardless of being a man, I could feel the pain and started to relate because emotions has no gender. Thanks Princess. As a father, I feel your pain & cried while listening to you. Our society needs urgent re-orientation that girls and women are not sex objects but gems ttat must be nurtured & treasured. Therefore each family unit and governmemt at large must see to this.

This was a very touching experience. I am a woman I cannot begin to comprehend the emotional impact this trauma had on you. I know what it's like to feel like just giving up. In 2013 I contemplated suicide and it was my daughter who pleaded with me not to drink the poison. I am also an Adventist . God is still working on me. Stay strong . God bless you Karen .

It is June 30th 2022 exactly 2 years ten 10 months from 2019 August when I got sexually abused; I shared my story in 2021.In case you are wondering what happened after I'm here to give you a positive feedback and to say thank you. To everyone who has been part of my healing journey I'm highly grateful. You prayed, you sent material& monetary help, you encouraged me I'm much better now. Though not fully recovered I have made several steps onwards. I turned my pain into an asset and soon I will share the good news so be on standby.

I could not help shed tears as you shared your story. As a man I feel so much anger at how a man can be so callous. You certainly had run in with the proverbial Job's devil. I am envious of the support you got from your SDA church fellowship.

One of the most educated lady I ever see,her English and her sense of humor are in another. Strong people can stand strong but they also need a shoulder to lean, l like the support she received from her siblings, friends who was there for her,let's learn to listen people when they are going through a difficult path in life...we deal with pain differently but they need our presence, support, courage and pampering.

I have been really touched by your story and thanks for asking the government to clean up the system, this is the voice of "Wanjiku" that the government need to hear and adhere to it. As for Nairobi women and other hospitals please handle rape cases as special case with urgency.
Caren you are a strong woman indeed..But I just want you to know that praying and fasting for others is not easy...it comes with counter attack and all sorts of negative things just to frustrate you but because you are a soldier, just continue and never give up..The devil knows that you have a great future that is why he fought you but thank God that you are alive ..continue encouraging the broken hearted.

Caren i could not hold my tears i have been a SGBV Specialist back home in Kenya.You still need to heal what happened to you was not your fault.Healing is a Journey any help you may need on your healing Journey.At hospital the protocol should always be treatment be 4vanything else with key focus on HIV prevention STIs treatment.Tatanus prevention because of injuries incured.For savere injuries specialised care. Counselling is a process. Police report comes later. Caren youre fighter God will grow you from glory to glory.
