Do you have a dealers license? And how do you use your home as a lot?

You should talk about the rebuilt title issues. There's an issue titling cars in some states with rebuilt titles and many insurance companies won't insure. Be very weary if buying in one state and trying to register in another with a rebuilt title. Granted, many times a car with a rebuilt title has little wrong with it and miles are low AF. Many insurance companies total cars that shouldn't be. I always pass on a car with rebuilt title, but really wish i didn't have to. But the issues are just not worth it.

Rebuilt titles are awesome in my opinion.
Each state is different. But here in Tennessee all that is required is receipts to parts used during rebuild process and provide a before and after images.
As far what does get totaled or not. That’s on you to check if it’s actually an insurance car. You can check with carfax, bidcar.com, or sometimes copart says.
It’s super common, these copart cars aren’t actually insurance cars. Theirs many ways to check. Usually if the car turned salvaged and you can’t see what’s damaged. It could be more risky. GO FOR OBVIOUS CARS. if you see the fender bent. Then assume maybe suspension, maybe frame needs to be pulled a lil , and a new fender. It’s super simple. My mentors hit 30-60k months doing this. Don’t sleep on it. I highly recommend, and hope you the best đŸ™đŸŒ

@@olyaxe.s Exactly, it's not your problem. It's up to the people buying the vehicle to look into it. Go make that money, Champ.
