So maddening! Hearing the lady say the pandas want for nothing.
When there are footages that have now surfaced, of LeLe begging for food shortly before dying! He bowed 50 times, begging for food and was ignored! 😭
They say YaYa has a genetic skin condition? Well, she's only been back in China for not that long, and her fur has already grown back a lot. She's eating and gaining weight.
That in itself already says a lot.

You don’t have to be a panda expert to see the dire condition Yaya was in when at Memphis zoo. Look at the pandas in Korea, Japan, Malaysia and you will see how properly cared for pandas look like. Yaya may not have been abused but neglect is a form of mistreatment as well.
american anglosaxxon hate asian, same treatment to asian panda
Yaya has a condition didn't you watch the video? Chinese propanda invading youtube
@@originalname5645 perhaps you need to watch more videos on this topic. First you need to determine why there is a skin disease - is the environment too dirty? Does she have a vitamin C deficiency? (In case you didn’t know, skin does not heal well if there’s vitamin C deficiency). Then you have to look at how it’s been managed - is it treated? Have experts been consulted? Perhaps some steroids cream or bathing would help, has that been tried? Finally you look at the results - and she clearly has had this for a very very long time, so why is that?
@@originalname5645
Yaya's male mate died in mysterious way. Never there have been pandas in other zoos anywhere in the world had two sick pandas with one died mysteriously. Even a poor country like Mexico has had great success with pandas, several pandas in Mexico lived long time, they were among oldest pandas lived in captivity. Mexico City zoo successfully bred a few pandas they were born in Mexico. All past and current pandas in Mexico were and are healthy, not sick like Yaya or Le Le.
@@Yzzz78 It's a genetic condition, not environmental, the video itself mentioned that's what Chinese experts said and even the Chinese Ministry came out and said the panda was well taken care of by the US zoo. All her siblings (which were not cared for by the US) died at a much younger age, which suggested the zoo took very good care of her. It's disingenuous to suggest there was neglect or abuse by comparing to other pandas that were not of the same litter and did not have genetic conditions.
Lele's mother was the longest living panda died at 38, lele's father died at 31. Lele died at 24. Yaya had miscarriage 4 times. She has never had a baby living in the US for 20 years. They are saying the panda only had skin problem and there is no impact to the quality of their life? Since the panda has skin problem, why not keep her clean? Yaya didnt get cleaned till the Chinese expert came over one month ago.
Yaya don't look healthy and was not properly taken care. So sad she have to suffer so long ...
Exactly, look at panda Basi last few days, he couldn't even move a bit, still the nanny wiped his body gently with cloth then brush the fur. Most panda especially females during pregnancy and giving birth have some skin disease on their back of course their caregivers will clean then apply some medication on. They said Yaya got genetic skin disease but why don't even bother to clean and put medication to at least make her feel better?
@@mollysmeow3455 Basi died at 37, Lele's mom Xin Xing died at 38 about 4 or 5 years after Basi's death.

That Memphis Zoo is in a poor condition, not suitable for the precious pandas at all. So what was the cause of the other panda's death?
The other panda was 25 years old. Pandas normally live between 20 to 30 years old so it wasn't like she died way early.

@@ringofsolomon268 Lee Lee the Panda died of heart disease aged 25. That isn't unreasonable. There is zero evidence that anything unnatural happened to either panda. Chinese Panda expert Xie Zhong examined Ya Ya and said there was zero signs of neglect. The Chinese embassy sent an expert to examine the Pandas at the zoo and confirmed that they had been well taken care of so it is a bit dishonest of Chinese State media to make up lies about the care of the Pandas. This is straight from China Daily website.

This is a big lie , many people caught how bad the workers treating her and le le, it's shame , personally I saw it once how she has to bow at least 30 times before the worker throws a few dry bamboo shoots to her
She had to bow before getting food? That's definitely mistreatment! I hope that's not true.
One time I saw how workers forced her to fly at least 10 stories before she was able to eat only 1 pound worth of bamboo shoots every 2 years, very sad.
Its playmate Lele the panda had no such genetic problem but still ended up with similar conditions and even died months ago speaks everything, the zoo is clearly mistreating the two animals.

Memphis zoo should be ashamed of themself and need to be shut down. 1 panda death and another suffering from skin issue and malnourished. In 5 years, a zoo in third world country Malaysia produced 2 cub and both parent healthy
You are a clown. The panda that died was 25 years old. That's not exactly young. As for Ya Ya vets didn't find any mistreatment. Animals like humans can get sick through natural causes. It happens.

I heard that panda would be likely to be an extinct species. Ya Ya should be no exception and I hope Ya Ya will be in good shape for the rest of its life.
You heard wrong. Here is why:
1. Pandas are no longer endangered, they are now just Vulnerable according to IUCN
2. Number 1 Threat to Panda is Habitat Loss, not any perceived inadequacies in its ability to survive according to Humans. Sure Pandas may look clumsy and they eat food their body is not evolved to digest efficeintly, and they have low birthrate. But their Habitat is remote with no natural predators and an abundance of food. They have no threats besides Humans.
3. Habitat preservation and Human intervention has achieved major success and is ongoing.
