So maddening! Hearing the lady say the pandas want for nothing.
When there are footages that have now surfaced, of LeLe begging for food shortly before dying! He bowed 50 times, begging for food and was ignored! 😭
They say YaYa has a genetic skin condition? Well, she's only been back in China for not that long, and her fur has already grown back a lot. She's eating and gaining weight.
That in itself already says a lot.

You don’t have to be a panda expert to see the dire condition Yaya was in when at Memphis zoo. Look at the pandas in Korea, Japan, Malaysia and you will see how properly cared for pandas look like. Yaya may not have been abused but neglect is a form of mistreatment as well.

Does she have a vitamin C deficiency? (In case you didn’t know, skin does not heal well if there’s vitamin C deficiency). Then you have to look at how it’s been managed - is it treated? Have experts been consulted? Perhaps some steroids cream or bathing would help, has that been tried? Yaya's male mate died in mysterious way. Never there have been pandas in other zoos anywhere in the world had two sick pandas with one died mysteriously. Even a poor country like Mexico has had great success with pandas, several pandas in Mexico lived long time, they were among oldest pandas lived in captivity. Mexico City zoo successfully bred a few pandas they were born in Mexico. All past and current pandas in Mexico were and are healthy, not sick like Yaya or Le Le.

@@Yzzz78 It's a genetic condition, not environmental, the video itself mentioned that's what Chinese experts said and even the Chinese Ministry came out and said the panda was well taken care of by the US zoo. All her siblings (which were not cared for by the US) died at a much younger age, which suggested the zoo took very good care of her. It's disingenuous to suggest there was neglect or abuse by comparing to other pandas that were not of the same litter and did not have genetic conditions.
