When should we do Preliminary SPC (as required by APQP and PPAP) and when should we do final SPC. Shall be grateful if you could clarify, may be with an example. All your PPTs for IATF are really educative and enriching.
Preliminary SPC will be done during significant production trial run and planned SPC will be done after hand over to Production.

I have a multi-cavity of 144 and 70 components in one shot for rubber manufacturing company. We can have a sub-group size of 25 and individual reading of 100. How do we spread the sample-size among these volume of parts/components (144 and 70 etc). ie, from each cavity or component for SPC (initial studies) for PPAP submission to the customer?

In the case of 19 automotive products which are all under regular production, is it sufficient to prepare only final SPC? Is it OK?
First of all make a SPC plan on yearly basis and cover all 19 product then you can easily study as per set plan. And you have to define the frequency also for each product characteristics.
You have to prepare every part /product

Sir, why we are considering only minimum value of Cpku & Cpkl during calculation of CPK , what if we are taking maximum value??
Sir SPC MEIN CPK 1.33 or 1.67 hi kyon lete hai
If Cpk is 1.33 or greater than 1.33 , the process achieve 64 PPM only and it is under our objective as 100 PPM.

I have seen your whole video. At too much locations you have made minor mistakes. You need to check video and correct it.
A couple of enquiries:. I have just started the IATF implementation one month back. As of now, the company has 19 automotive products and all the products are in the production stage and no product is in sample stage. FOR HOW MANY PRODUCTS, SHOULD I PREPARE APQP & PPAP?
2) In case no sample is coming till the audit date, can we maintain the same status?
See APQP is not required but you have to prepare PPAP for all 19 Automotive product with PSW signed off.
In case any one of the part which is developed within one year then APQP is required for the same.
